Id rather be single than...
1. Marry for the wrong reason. Sabi nga ng dad ko (Anak wag naman sana mangyari, pero alagaan mo sarili mo we love you a lot and if ever mabuntis ka out of wedlock di kita ipakakasal at di rin ako papayag na dahil dun magpakasal ka. Mas mahal pa ang annulment at divorce kaysa sa ikasal ka.) Hahahaha
2. Marry the person for the sake na may makasama ako sa pagtanda.
3. Marry a guy who doesn't respect my mom.
4. Marry a guy na mayabang and walang consideration sa mga taong nakapaligid sa kanya.
5. Marry a Guy without the same values Im not saying that Im perfect since Im not. Pero if a guy cannot respect what I believe in. Then I'd rather stay single and maybe just take care of my future pamangkins or a dog.

I told my fatherside lola about me being ready to face singlehood for life. Sinabi niya na mahirap mabuhay ng magisa. She highly discourages it.

Im not ugly, nor am I stupid, maarte or sad. I have a happy home and great friends. I get asked for dates too pero I just can't seem to see the person who Im looking for. Haaay darating pa kaya si Husband to be? Im praying na sana if di ko pa time sa ganito sana I would just stop feeling para di ako nalulungkot lalo na if magisa ako...

For me, I'd rather be single than....
... be with a crybaby.  You know, some guy who sulks in a corner and cries, "Why Lord?  Why me?"  instead of going out there and finding a solution. 

...settle with someone just so I can have someone with me.  Marriage is it!  There's no turning back!  It's not like you can go back and return things!  At least not easily!

...marry a jerk.  Or a closeted jerk.  This is worse.  If he becomes a jerk more during the marriage than when you're single, oh no!

Sis, totoo yan!  A lot of married guys have asked me out and I'm like... ick... it's not only because they're married.  Sure, some of them may be good looking and nice but if they already cheated with their wives, they can cheat again!

First off, I always think of the wife!  I want to respect her!  If it were me in her position, I would chase the other party away!

Lastly and most important, tama ka! Dapat rumespeto sa sarili natin at dapat respetuhin nila tayo!  When these married guys ask me, I always think... What? I'm not that kind of girl, you know! I'm not second choice or pahiram lang.  I'm not some side order you can discard easily!
