Update: My aligners arrived earlier than expected - YESTERDAY! So I went back to get my attachments on and of course, my first 4 aligner trays. I'm changing them every week and I have 44 trays (so 44 weeks in total). On Friday, I'm going back for IPR where they'll reduce some of my teeth by .5mm both sides. Basically whatever Invisalign specified on my Clincheck.

It's hard to take them off and I can see why people lose weight. It's very tedious to eat, it makes you not wanna eat na lang. After eating, you have to brush and floss your teeth then brush your aligners. But if your teeth are painful, you'd rather not eat than remove them kasi masakit talaga. Like me now!

I don't know how anyone with long fingernails can remove these aligners, to be honest. As for the lisp, I had it slightly for the first 15 minutes, then I got used to it.
