For reception, I'm thinking of Paradiso Terrestre's Casa nenita. Or they say orchard club dasma and portofino ballroom are nice as well. Bali garden is nice as well Kaso Hindi airconditioned.

joining the thread. i'm from laguna too and getting married dec 2014. hanap pa lang ng wedding coordinator, parusa na. hindi sila nagrereply. lagpas 10 na events company na yata na email ko dito sa laguna. 1 pa lang nagreply.

may 2 kong namessage ngayon at parehong mabilis sumagot. preciosa events, sta rosa and coniah events management, calamba. mura ng coniah. sana ok sila. 15k yun full coordination na. dun sa mga namessage ko previously, creative moments lang yun sumagot. search mo din glisten concepts sa FB. yun rates nila nasa website nila: http://angelsglistenconcepts.wordpress.com/packages/. mahirap lang basahin.

wala kasi kong masyadong time kasi panggabi ako tapos long distance kami ni bf kaya gusto ko talaga kumuha ng wedding coordinator. pero siempre budget pa din.

hello ulit mga sis.. may kinuha ako wedding coordinator - La Dolce Events.. 18k - full coordination with host or 16k without host ang bigay sakin. Highschool friends ko sila kaya personal ko na silang kilala..
kumuha na ko ng services nila dahil nandito kami ni bf sa dubai at di naman kaya ng mother ko na ayusin lahat..

for the venue within santa rosa, you might want to search South Country Garden.

For events coordinator, you can try siguro Francy Events Management, try to search them sa FB mukhang okay naman sila We can't afford magcoord pa kaya iaassign na lang namin sa mga willing tumulong

^^ meron din yata sila OOT sis.. actually, they are all working in makati at business lang nila or sideline ang La Dolce.. pero three of them are from laguna.. 2 from santa rosa and 1 from pacita..

i'll be meeting up 3 wedding coordinators on sunday. lahat sila taga-laguna. update ko kayo kung anong nangyari. meron din akong friend na working for events company, cherish events naman. lipa based sila pero dating dito sa laguna ang office. tingin ko wala naman OOT kasi nagsend sila ng quote sakin kahit di pa ko nagrequest hehe. kaya 4 options ko for wedding coordinator. sana may maging ok na by sunday. gusto ko na may masimulan kahit paano.

sa tita ko sa quezon ako papagawa. may shop sila dun dadayo talaga ko kasi gusto ko sila gumawa. nakaka-sexy kahit wala kong korte   wala kong alam na ok na couterier dito sa laguna..

Hello! Pa-join ako.  From Laguna din ako and getting married there on January 2015. Hirap maghanap ng Laguna suppliers so tulungan tayo, hehe.

Sis chiskeyk, thanks sa link ng reflective chemistry, nagustuhan ko yung gawa nila kaya nagemail ako agad. About sa LB-based caterer, ang alam ko lang ay ang berris catering.

For gowns naman, may nagrecommend sakin ng Frannie Wei Couture, maganda daw ang fit ng gowns nya though kakaemail ko pa lang din sa kanila so di ko pa alam rates nila, baka gusto nyo lang icheck out.

update ko kayo with the 3 meetings i had with laguna wed coordinators. warning: this is going to be a long post.

preciosa events - definitely won't hire them. they sent me several text messages to confirm kung tuloy kami today. i replied to their text last night and at 7am today, and at 9am nagtext ulit sila to confirm. at iba ibang numbers ginagamit kaya kairita lang di ko alam kanina san ako magtetext nun dumating ako sa meeting place. and they were 40 minutes late. feeling ko umalis lang sila sa office nila nun nagconfirm sila ulit sakin ng 9am. super mura ng package nila based sa sulit ad nila. although based from their kwento, they were able to handle 3 weddings in a day pag december. medyo di sila professional looking and the way they talk...bagsak sakin.

glisten concepts - eto ang pinaka-ok sakin since from the start, they showed their DTI permit and kung ano anong recognition. they've been in the business since 2001 (if i'm not mistaken). biggest wedding they handled is 5k guests. ok sila for me kasi they gave me their list of package print outs even if they are available in their FB and website, based from our budget. although when i saw them, i didn't think they were wedding coordinators. ang harsh ko lang! bad side lang i think is gusto nya mag-down ka at least 1k in the first meeting. kahit daw anong lang kunin mo sa kanya..kasi they have ala carte naman. like kahit mannequin rental lang daw. naconvince naman ako magdown kasi ok naman sya for me. if we won't be getting their service, siguro kuha na lang ako ng kahit ano sa kanila hehe. owner conducts wedding planning seminars kaya magaling na siguro talaga sya. (balak kong mag-enrol hehe)

coniah - pareho silang guy. medyo weird for wedding coordinators. i think pambabaeng trabaho kasi yun so medyo may doubt ako. hosting ang forte nila or program proper. they assured me na walang mabore during the program. photo & video nila walang ibang supplier kasi photographer/videographer yun isa sa kanila hehe. their mom is their head coordinator. groovy naman daw si mommy according to them. wala silang binigay na package sa kin but they gave their coordination rates. mura lang naman rates nila. worried lang ako kasi di ko nakikita un package so wala kong idea kung aabot budget namin. marami silang kwento. halos di ako makapagtanong kasi sobrang dami talaga.
