reminder lang mga sis, super siksikan ang class room pag after office hours esp intercon. as in di ka na makakakilos masyado. lately i always don't get to finish the whole hour kasi nagkakatamaan na kami ng mga katabi ko. and take note, super pawis to so you would feel and smell the person next to you.

^ afak, sa glorietta ata may minimal fee for use of locker and shower. sa intercon no extra charge. you can use the shower area. (unless they change it)

I also bought the GG voucher from metrodeal.. sa june 6 pala ang start.. parang gusto ko na mag start haha excited lang. any girltalkers na magzuuuu zumba sa GG Glorietta? hehe

i wanna try this too! tried the one from youtube and so far okay naman, masaya, but it gets boring nga kung mag isa ka lang. hehe. i'm still thorn tho whether to try this or yoga, i wanna try yoga din kasi para maimprove yung breathing and posture ko. what do you think i should do sisters? zumba or yoga?

Both :-)  Cardio ang Zumba ang yoga naman to improve flexibility, etc.

Zumba was indeed fun. every morning kapag hindi umuulan ginagawa namin yan. naku!! una kong natry sumakit talaga ang buo kong katawan, natulog ulit ako. hahaha. masaya sya kasi sayaw papawisan ka talaga
