Orange Lipstick

I have read from dailymakeover.com that orange lipstick are going to be a hit this 2010. I have always wanted to try on this shade but I can't seem to find the right one. What brand and shade do you use?

O RLY? Ahaha, it's nice to know my favorite color is one of this year's trends. Too bad I haven't found a good orange lipstick myself.

Nichido Tender Lips is a nice sheer wearable orange, but after I read about how Nichido lipsticks tend to darken lips on the local makeup thread, I seldom use it anymore.

in2it Tangerine is a SCREAMING orange, but it can be lightened and made more wearable (in my exp) by using lip butter. Doing that REALLY kills lasting power, tho.

herbench makes a very pretty orange lip gloss with a nice consistency, but that's not what this thread is about, is it? 

And then there's a promising orange at Etude House which I really want to try.

Isa pa lang ang orange lipstick ko. It's Stila l/s in Michaela. Since sheer siya, it is very wearable.

i have one also. not actually orange na orange but orangey shade siya. i got it when i had my b2M sa mac last month sa glorietta. since kokonti ang choices for the b2m kinuha ko na rin lang [textspeak!] sinuggest ng SA. surprisingly, it looks very good on me. ( im an nc15 btw )

im having a hard time lang na partneran siya ng blush kasi im more on the pinkish blush di bagay orange lips tapos pink ang cheeks. para kong ewan.

hehe wag naman orange na orange. may hint lang ng orange.. para mukhang bitten. heheh. ano maganda brand na ganun tapos super moisturize ang lips. yung cognac ng in2it medyo may hint ng orange.. na medyo reddish. ganda din

i have two orangey lipsticks. MAC red full stop and OR205() l/s from etude. red full stop is more like neon orange. totally bright and the one from etude is like milky orange. want to try din YSL peach passion or tender peach.

may nabili akong lipstick dati sa avon. fresh papaya ata yung name nung shade, i;m not so sure. sa brochure, parang peachy pink yung color. pero when i got it na, it's oraaaange

pero nung ginamit ko na, it did not look horrible naman on me. so don't be scared of orange, sisses. siguro wag lang talaga magmukhang naglagay kayo ng orange paint sa lips

Orange na orange ba or puwede na ang red-orange? I would love to wear red-orange. I've tried several lippes with red-orange before. Good to hear na "in" ito for 2010. Kaso nakalimutan ko na mga lippies and their shades. Kung alam ko lang...Hehe...

Pero di ko sure kung make-carry ko ang orange na orange.

I actually use to own one from the avon teen colors collection but that was years ago na so i don't remember the name. Unlike some of the others here, i kinda want a bright orange color talaga so the in2it one would be okay ba? i'll try checking out etude house na rin XD

I dunno kung considered orange yung lipstick that Kc Concepcion's wearing sa commercial na Palmolive (Intensive Moisture), pero bet ko syaaaaa

^yes pansin ko talaga sa mga make-up trends coral talaga yung in this season. Not the shocking orange like the Morange lipstick worn alone ha. Corally fresh ang uso ngayon.

ang tagal ko na naghahanap, actually may nakita ako dalawa sa Illamasqua that caught my attention, one is Brink the other I forgot. Yun lang drying daw kasi 'cause it's really matte, so no go. So far I'm still on the look-out but MAC's upcoming collections are promising. Am waiting for swatches.
