hi mga sis, ako din nagte-take ng folicard 5mg per day. i just started this last saturday after it was confirmed that im 5wks preggy. 30days din muna yung nireseta sakin eh.

ako mga sis im taking folic acid dati, pero ngayon im taking Fertility blend with folic acid pa rin.. TTC kasi kami ni hubby eh:)

^sis nireseta ba sayo ng OB mo yung Fertility Blend or option mo lang na mag-take nito?
Dun ka ba sa website ng Fertility Blend nagpurchase or available ito sa Mercury Drug?

hi sis! option ko lang yung fertility blend kasi multivitamins lang naman yun so okay lang sya tsaka pahinga muna rin kasi ako sa mga hormonal meds e kaya i decided to take it.
Purchase? my dad bought in dun mismo sa main office sa honolulu kasi andun sila eh... taz nipapadala na lang nya sa akin through balik bayan box with matching mga goodies na.. hehe..... sa mercury drug alam ko wala nun dito... karamihan ng mga sis natin na nagamit nito is thru online lang sila nabili.... im not sure kung meron nito sa healthy options. how much no idea ako sis hehe......

Ang worry ko lang kasi sis pag sa online ako magpurchase baka mahal yung shipping cost. Haayz... pa'no kaya ko makabili nun. Parang okey pa naman sana kasi complete yung vitamins saka with folic acid na rin sya.

mejo di naman siguro ganun kamahal yung shipping, ang alam ko sis may tax pa ata un...... karamihan ng mga kakilala ko they purchase it online....
and yes sis maganda ang effect nia.... and complete na talaga sya with L-carnitine pa pang diet hehe.......
im on our last bottle na.. promo kasi yung nibibili ng dad ko good for 3 months....... mas mura kesa buy ka ng paisa isa...

meron kaya sis na para ding katulad ng FertilityBlend sa Healthy Options or sa GNC? If ever hindi kasi ako makabili ng FertilityBlend, I wanna try other supplements na similar din nito pero same ang benefits.

I'm also taking folic acid branbd folicare 5mg per day.. para daw to panh iwas sa mga deficiencies and abnormalities during pregnancy.. pero sabi ng OB ko lifetime ko na daw to ititake since wala pa rin kaming baby ni hubby 1 year almost na... OO nga sis prettygurl, gusto ko rin magtry ng Fertility Blend, sana meron tayong mahanap ng kahit kagaya lang nyan dito sa tin...

We went to Healthy Options last week and napabili kami ng Pro-Creation for hubby and me. Pagtiyagaan na muna namin ito since wala naman kami mahanap na local store selling Fertility Blend. Tapos binilhan ko rin si hub ng Rogin-E. May content na rin palang folic acid itong Pro-Creation so stop ko muna si Solgar. Hopefully kahit papano may magandang effect ang Pro-Creation for us.

P1,000+ per bottle. May for men and for women. Pareho kaming bumili ni hubby. Hindi ko lang maalala kung 100caps or 60caps ang laman nya per bottle. To be taken 2caps a day. Tapos buy ko rin si hubby ng Rogin-E, P19 per capsule. Mejo smelly nga lang yung capsules ng Pro-Creation pero tolerable naman. Hindi na lang ako humihinga while taking it.

i looked at the supplement facts per tablet of centrum and i found out that it already contains 400 mcg of folic acid. if the recommended daily intake of folic acid is 400 mcg, then no need na ba to take another tablet of folic acid?

mga sis pwede ba yun lumagpas ng 30 days ang pg inum ng folic acid?kasi ako nireseta sakin ng ob ko folic acid yong maxifol 5mg for 30 days,,,tapos pinababalik nya ako end ng february..kaso hindi nako nakabalik sa ob ko,,kaya ang ginawa ko until now umiinum parin ako ng folic acid ang kaso lagpas nko sa 30 days,,mag two months nkong umiinum nito,,ok [textspeak!] ba yon mga sis?

nope! Nsa green leafy veggies ang folic acid.. Vitamin B family sya.
Fish Oil naman mga Omega 3s.

Sa akin sis, sumasakit iyun ulo ko. Pero hindi ko alam kung pinagbibintangan ko lang iyun med. Hahaha. Kasi tinigil ko ng 1 week, nawala din iyun headache ko eh.
