Me naman it's worth researching your shoe, kasi if you're really going to put in the trime and get serious with running a shoe that's going to give you pain or is uncomfortable is not going to make enjoy your run.
Thanks again. I run 3x a week and only use one pair of shoes.Believe it or not, I bought a pair of Mizuno Wave Creation and Adidas Supernova Sequence in a matter of a month, and sold them in less than a month too (for just 1k each) because hindi hiyang sa akin. Having said that, I am kind of scared to spend on a new pair kasi baka magkamali na naman ako. So i am still in the process of researching. Haaay.
where is secondwind? shop ba to?
^meron narin silang branch sa may Home Depot ortigas. mas accessible. sana makapunta nako. i want an Asics and Mizuno!
ang ayaw ko lang sa Asics, parang puro high cut? ang sagwa pag naka capri. nakaka bansot lalo.
Thanks mga sis. I think Asics is what I'm set to buy na. Hope it's the shoes for me. Would you know if there's any other store (apart from SecondWind) where Asics is on sale? Thanks!
