Hi sis luisacart.. My dog was diagnosed with heartworm too     So sad kasi andaming bawal sa kanya, pati pag excercise.

So far, okay naman sya kumain but the only problem is pag naglilikot sya, umuubo ubo sya and super nakakaawa tignan..

Just make sure na she takes her meds and vitamins regularly, and try to eliminate stressors.

yung naging sign ng baby ko is super ubo, tapos naging super picky na sya sa food.  Good thing nadala agad sya sa doctor so nadiagnose sya agad.

The usual symptom of a cold is a dry nose instead of a wet one.

oh no. buti nalang yung vet namin is pro-active. may blood test siya every 6 months just to check if positive siya so far ok naman. every 1st of the month binibigyan lang namin ng gamot. PHP 150 a month. Kasi napapass on din daw yan sa mosquito bites.

Hi! yong PUG ko din may heartworm. too late na namin nalaman. Kaya ngayon yong french bulldog namin,  may injection na sya ng prevention for heart worm. Pro heart ata yong injection. it cost 1,500.00 sa vet namin. At least di na hassle sa amin ang pag papainom ng heartgard. MAs convenient ang injection para sa akin.

help naman mga sis, yung dog ko kasi namumula yung eyes nya at nagmumuta, tapos yung genital part nya may sugat o skin problem. ano ba cause nun? nagwoworry ako talaga..

2 weeks ago i brought my basset hound Kisha to my Vet. bumalik na naman ang sakit nya sa liver, kidney and  anemia. good thing naagapan ito since shes already 9 1/2 yr old  susceptible sa mga sakit. my dachsund who is less than 10 yr old has alzheimer disease and usually get seisures when hes so excited. hes taking his 1-6-12 multi vitamins ayun sobra mataba naman.

my husky died dahil sa heartworm, parang nag se seizure pa sya, kawawa talaga. 1 yr old lang.    we learned our lesson na, monthly may heartguard na yung dog namen.

our puppy doesn't want to eat... akala ko nga because new sa taste yung eukanuba although konti lang naman yun and i mixed it pa with canned pedigree. pero di nya kinain.. then i gave him pedigree with a little rice (which he normally eats) siguro wala pang 1/4 nakain nya. that was 2 nights ago. yesterday naman he still refused to eat kahit na yung pedigree lang. and even the biscuits that he loves dineadma nya lang... today he ate a few bites of pedigree. pero konti lang talaga. worried na tuloy ako. sked nya tom ng vaccine so sabay consult na din ako sa vet nyan

mine kasi,  may nights din sha or streaks of no appetite..... lalo na pag madaming kain for several nights,  bigla na lang ayaw din kumain.  parang nabundat at nagtutunaw pa ng kinain kaya ayaw muna mag eat.

pero di ako mashado nagwoworry kapag masigla naman at hindi nag didiarrhea or playful and makulit padin...

^ matamlay sya sis. kaya ako worried eh.  tas di pa kami nakapunta ng vet kanina kasi gabi na kami nakauwi mag-asawa ngayon. close na vet. pero according to our kasambahay back to normal na uli ang kain ng puppy namin...mabuhay! rice and pedigree. yung eukanuba ayaw nya talaga.
tom if the vet is open tuloy ang vaccination nya.
