i miss becky's kitchen. madalas kame pumunta dun since sa st scho ako nagaral. i was just telling my husband na punta kame manila para lang dumaan sa becky's kitchen. sadly, di pa din kame natutuloy.

di na rin ako nakakadaan kasi medyo late na kami nakaka-alis sa house para ihatid sis ko e... so wala ng time to drop by Becky's. dati kasi medyo maaga pa e...

Bigla ko tuloy na-miss ang Swiss cake at food for the gods ng Becky's, more as a reason to reminisce good ol' college days. Makadaan nga soon.. hmm... Becky's or Purple Oven.. Purple Oven or Becky's...diet or cake..lol

Ohhh! My husband introduced me to becky's Kitchen it when I had a taste of it, I always keep coming back for more. I looove their lemon squares.

haaay gusto ko dumaan dito kaso bakasyon na sis ko, di na kami maghatid sa school in the next few weeks.

i've tried becky's kitchen's chocolate fudge cake and fudge brownies before, but they were only given to us. kanina ko lang napansin yung branch sa singalong, everyday pa naman ako dumadaan doon ngayon. can anyone please describe the potato almond crunch cake? i'm interested to try it. thanks.

^it was okay lang for me. parang it lacked the chocolate taste that i was looking for. siguro kasi sanay ako sa polly's chocolate cake. kaya i want to try something else naman sana sa becky's. siguro yung caramel cake muna kasi highly recommended ni stormy.

kakabili lang namin ng caramel cake a few days ago. Masarap pa rin ang chiffon at yung filling pero ang nipis na ng caramel medyo bitin ako.

hi, rain! thanks for the feedback.

next week na lang ako bibisita sa becky's kasi my husband surprised me with a cake and a box of ensaymadas from mary grace yesterday. how about yung potato almond crunch, okay din ba? i saw a photo on the net of the swiss choco cake and it looks good inside!

hindi rin ako nakatiis! i paid becky's kitchen a visit on my way to fetch my daughter from SSC, medyo maaga kasi ako. anyway, medyo masusungit yung mga store clerks nila ano? hindi palangiti. among the cakes, the ice box cake, swiss chocolate cake and the coffee cream cake really caught my attention. but since we still have a cake at home, i just bought a sampler box and some chocolate crinkles for my daughter's baon in school (they have classes tomorrow). next week ko na try yung cakes talaga.

u8mypinkcookies, i asked about the popcorn and they said matagal na raw silang hindi gumagawa non. sayang.

ms. independent, the crinkles cost P9 apiece or cheaper at P180 for a box of 24. as for the price list, same pa rin as of may 2008. you can view it here:
