It depends if you're using it as a noun or as an adjective:

if noun, stress is on the first syll

if adj, stress can either be on the 1st or 2nd. So hopefully, adjective ang gamit nung word para wala kayo pagdebatihan

normally, we use it as noun.  so, in that case pala, precedent sounds like president.

Well, Tucson isn't really a car brand, it's a make's model. Hyundai, Tucson's maker, named it after a state in Arizona which is pronounced that way kaya it follows that you pronounce the car model, Tucson, as tu-zon din.

ang choice of words natin ang minsan nakaka throw off sila.  like yung sa office, let's say may lumipat ng room, minsan sabi nating pinoy 'she transferred to the corner office'.  dapat pala 'she moved to the corner office' ganon.
ang first offending word ko pronounced incorrectly ay 'PURCHASE'.  akala ko yung stress nandon sa 2nd syllable, doon pala sa 1st.

I think kasi sila mismo are not perfect with grammar and they too have different accent (depends on the State) ..
