Going back to that bag -- per Hermes GB3 staff, eh sinabihan na nga daw it appears to be a fake -- to be polite about it -- though they are not authorized to authenticate nga --but the owner was insisting daw to send it off pa to Paris. O, eh di hopia. 

If you have an Hermes you have doubts about - you can bring it there but they will not categorically respond because that is how their company policy goes. But they have a sharp eye for fakes. Even at a short distance, they can see a fake by the leather. Well, of course, lower priced fakes can't possibly use expensive top class leather. Since the staff is very familiar with Hermes  bags, they say haynako sa amoy na lang alam na -- plastic na plastic daw scent ng fake Lolz. 

The stitching of course is the another clinching give-away - iba na handmade by an experienced craftsman

BUT IMO, the CDC is a better buy. Marami asi "similar", even better, products than the clic clac

from the first picture, it's obvious na it's counterfeit. grabe yung nag-comment na "Let this be reminder to all that if u cant afford to buy a handbag from their shop, wag na maging social climber!" pag bumili ba ng second-hand or sa online reseller eh social climber na? di rin nag-iisip, eh panu kung ayaw lang talaga maghintay ng matagal nung tao diba..
siguro naman,  for sure the buyer thought that what she purchased from the reseller is orig. if she knew from the start na fake yun, di naman siguro ganun kakapal ang face niya para dalhin pa yun sa mismong Hermes store at ipadala sa Paris for maintenance, unless naka-high. kasi alam naman niyang siya rin ang mapapahiya in the end.

^ & OREO08,  hahahav-- one does  NOT need a Birkin to be a social climber/to social climb.   One can do it with a very much lesser-priced bag. So, hwag panggigilan Birkins.

^aquacharly, when I was at the Hermes FSH boutique two weeks ago grabe nakakalaway all the bags there! They had a lot of the travel Birkins on display.

^It's the taller version of the Birkins. That's what the SA called it "un Birkin sac de voyager".  But I think it's more known as the Birkin HAC.

They come in different sizes too but mostly big. Too big for a handbag unless you bring your whole house when you go out!  Pang handcarry yung dating nya, so pang travel talaga. Hanggang tingin and admire lang ako    Still waiting for that red one with palladium hardware.

The Haut au Courroies (HAC) is slightly taller than a regular birkin but with
shorter straps. I think they come in sizes 27, 32, 45, 50, 55, 60. Di ko lang sure if they still produce them in these sizes till now.

Parang bagay if you are a woman on the go - from the office -- off to a meeting elsewhere. You can put all your mags, docs, folders, etc in it =) so, AQUACHARLY, bagay sayo to esp the 32cm lols!

What i know is, since most women prefer the regular birkin compared to a HAC, mas konti production ng HAC.  is it easier to get hold of? NO, kasi if (operative word ha, IF) I am a VVIP, i could get hold of more stocks of a regular birkin or lindy compared to a HAC if walk-in.  However, if one places an order for it, mas mabilis to get hold of a HAC compared to a 30cm birkin as per someone's experience (NOT mine) lols =)

i usually spot stylish gays carrying the HAC. ewan ko ba.

^There were a lot of the HACs and Kellys on display at the FSH boutique when I was there. No regular Birkins though pero I'm sure if you were a vvip and wanted to buy one ilalabas nila (as I've read). Most of the HACs I saw were a combination of leather and cloth (sorry not familiar eh  )

those are relatively "cheaper" if may cloth. that's interesting ha to go into a store with lots of HACs and kellys on display. lols! mas gusto ko kellys  compared to birkins. although you really have to dress well if carrying a kelly. ewan ko ba.

Hi Sisters, does anyone knows if may stock ng H belt in Greenbelt? i'm eyeing the black reversible leather and gold OR silver buckle sana. Also, ano kaya ang price for both?

Saw one in Hermes Taipei and I sooo wanna kick myself for not buying it! $700 lang sya doon. If only I have not spent too much on my US vacay, I can justify buying it. *sighs*

$700?  Probably not authentic.   A CDC costs more than that even, what more with a belt.
Why don't you go yourself to Hermes GB3, & inquire? I saw a gold one, am not sure if reversible? last month.
If you go, they may not have that but have something else to attract you. 
Nothing beats going in there and looking around.

^ That price is sa Hermes store in the airport, they have 2 stores there, 1 doesn't have one in stock but the other, last piece left na lang. I asked both but same price sinabi nila sa akin-- cheapest in Taiwan, they say. Haaaay. Is the price really too inexpensive to be true?

I can't go to GB anytime soon cos I live up in the North (that you have to pass by NLEX pa ).

i saw a lot of buckles in the store when i went there a few weeks ago. i could not remember the price though but it seemed it was close to 50k

^ No sis, combined na sya. Gulat nga kami ng Husband ko because it's really inexpensive-- nasa around 10K Pesos lang yung buckle nya and then the leather, more than 20K.
