To my 16 year-old self:

Study hard kahit ayaw mo ng course na kinuha mo, yan lang ang afford ng parents mo. Pero thankful ka naman sa kanila di ba? Kasi di nila kayo pinapabayaan. Tsaka after ilang years, licensed teacher ka na. Medyo t**** ka lang sa pag-ibig, di kayo bagay ni Mr. Sumo Wrestler.

dont rush,,, take your time and enjoy every second of highschool years, wag maexcite magcollege at lalo na wag maexcite magwork dahil di kana ulit magiging highschool ever..tsaka mas complicated yung real world na sinasabe nila...

oo nga eh.. i mean naenjoy ko naman yung higschool ng sobra pero naalala ko dati d ako makaintay magcollege and magwork...ngayon eto complicated,,dami iniisip parati..hayyyy

-go out with your friends a lot and value each moment. ten years from now, no matter how you all want to see each other, it will never be easy to do so. two of them will work out of the country, one may be a single parent without a yaya, one may be married with a strict husband, blah blah blah. savor your friendship moments.

-please do not resign from the company you are working with just to help on your parents' business. please do not think that your folks will train you to handle it, or even help you have your own. ten years from now, your brother, their unico hijo, who does not have any interest with the business will be asked to quit his job and take over the business and surprisingly, maybe because of convenience, he will oblige.

-please do not quit driving. believe me, you need to drive.

-spend money wisely. you are hardworking and your different money-making-schemes are doing great but please do not splurge on things you really do not need. save it. saveit. save it!!!

-burn your credit card now!! it will deplete your hard earned money, believe me.

-appreciate your body. ten years from now, you will be buying medium to large clothes. and it will be hard to admit it.

-do not worry too much if your boyfriend really loves you. ten years from now, he will grow wrinkles, will have love handles, thinning hair and all that. and you will witness every changes in him everyday of your life.

-you have lots of dreams and most of them will not come true, but one major one will, the one closest to your heart and the one you really prayed hard for. yes, you will be a mommy.

Huwag ka masyado magmadali. Hindi lang iisa ang lalaki. Hindi pogi yong napili mo, promise! Ingatan mo NAME at mukha mo, maraming hindi makakalimot sa mga ginawa mo, maganda man o hindi.

Kumain ka ng kumain, pag tanda mo madali ka nalang tumaba. Ngayon pa lang enjoy mo na lahat ng masasarap na pagkain.

if you reach 14 years old wag na wag mong sasagutin ang magaling ngang magdrowing ang pangit naman ng mukha. Itatakwil ka ng mga magulang mo. AT mag-aral ka ng mabuti.

Hmm. I'd tell myself to take my time and that I shouldn't rush things. There's the perfect time and place for everything. Love can wait. I live with no regrets, but still, if I could go back there are still some things that I wish I would've done differently.

Stop being angry and rebellious. You will make wrong decisions because of it.

Tama na ang kaka-emote and just love yourself and love life.

Flaunt your body. If you have it, show it. And of course use it. LOL.

Pray for the right person. Be the right person.

Hay... Kung pwede lang sumakay sa time machine talaga.
