Medical Exams for Maids

^sis we had it done at Healthway in shangrila mall. Remarks indicate it was done twice I guess to ensure accuracy. Hay, scheduling consults na for me/hubby and most likely get vaccinated including our yaya. I pray none of us have been infected despite exposure to the virus.

Hi!! first time mom here. Mejo naparanoid ako with yaya. pang 3rd week na siya ngayon pero nung dumating kasi siya she was coughing and sneezing. Ngayon naman hindi na pero maglalaan talaga ako sa budget namin ng pang medical exam nya.

I just called Friendly care un branch nila along Shaw Boulevard at 722-2980/68 (baka kasi may gustong tumawag rin ) meron silang:

Package at P500, includes the ff:

CBC
urinalysis
fecalysis
Chest Xray
Physical exam by the doctor


I also wanted to have the Hepa screening chever pero hindi ito kasama sa package pero it only costs P180. Results daw will be out after 3 working days.

Baka next week magpunta kami don and i'll post an update to share my experience

nagpa pre-med din ako sa unang magiging yaya sana ng first baby ko... hay 4days lang sya and
until now, my first child (1 yr 3mos) has a total of 4 yayas na, so kung pina-pre med ko sila, ubos ang pera ko

If mag positive yung maid natin, may habol ba tayo sa agency?  And ok lang ba to say na free yung check up niya if she will stay for a minimum of 6 months in good faith?

^ From what I know, between 6k to 7k.

I was expecting a maid to arrive before holyweek, kaya lang before i give her money for the pamasahe and advance, i asked her if she was going to stay for a year.  Nadala narin kasi ako sa agencies so i did not want to waste money for the trip and have her stay for a month lang.  I was going to have her undergo medical exam pa naman and nbi.  Anyway i told her i was going to charge her if she leaves, ayan hindi dumating.  I should have phrased my warning better    I'm mabait naman, i was just being cautious na talaga this time.

Ay sis dapat talaga ipa medical exam niyo ang mga maid niyo or mas lalo na yung magiging yaya ng baby niyo.  I recently hired a maid who apparently has TB after we had her checked in a hospital.  Buti nalang talaga me and my hubby had her checked.  It turned out na grabe pala yung ubo nung yaya when we are not around.  Late na nung sinabi nung all around maid naming..  haaay..

Kaloka, wala man lang malasakit yung yaya. Sana man lang nagsabi siya na may nararamdaman na siya, considering baby ang inaalagaan nya.

Likewise, nung sinabi ko (and naka-indicate din sa written terms/contract ko na binigay sa kanya) dun sa nag aapply na all around helper na irrequire ko siya to undergo Medical exam, and kapag hindi siya nag stay ng 1 year i-rreimburse nya yung ibabayad ko for the medical tests/exams, ayun hindi na nagparamdam. kanina tinext ko, sabi may work na daw siya sa iba (ni hindi ako sinabihan na may work na siya and wag na ako umasa)

Buti nalang hindi mo kinuha, it only means hindi siya magtatagal sayo.  I am finding ways to make sure El Shaddian pays for what she did to my family.  Puro palpak mga recruits nila, be careful.  Mahal pa sila, 4500 admin fee plus 20% so almost 6k din.  Once you ask for replacement, Jun, the husband will be bastos with you na.

nakakainis yung inlaws ko!  sinabihan na namin na bago papuntahin dito yung nakuha nilang maid, ipa-medical muna!  ngayon, nagkukulong tuloy kami ng baby ko sa kwarto kasi ubo ng ubo itong bagong maid na kadarating lang!  ipapa-medical ko nga agad ngayon.  puro pera kasi iniisip ng inlaws ko!  basta makuha lang pera sa amin, okay na sila.  hindi nila iniisip apo nila!  bwisit!
