christmas decors, anyone started home decorating?

We will be setting up after Holloween, we already have the christmas decoration, I will not be buying a new one, our motif is RED and GOLD.

I'll retain our theme last year - purple and pink. I'll buy more Christmas balls in different sizes

Kami din, we'll put up after halloween. And I’ll be retaining our theme.  Add up siguro ng additional trimmings sa tree.  Gusto ko kasi classic look, tipong can stand the test of time. Naks! I didn’t use any Christmas balls last year, most of the stuff are matte then I have pearls din.  Anyway, will post once na-set up na! Excited na to decorate it with my daughter. =)

can anyone here share some tips or webpage w/ images in terms of how to decorate a christmas tree? i'm so excited to put up our christmas a month from now and i want to get some ideas how i can decorate nicely. hindi yung parang nilagay lang kung saan saan na may available space.

my theme is the same thing: red and gold. anyone who can respond, thank you so much in advance!

Just bought our 5ft christmas tree yesterday in Tabora Divisoria for 1k. Iba-iba ang prices kahit same materials depende sa tindahan. Mura na sya compred sa ibang stores. tapos we bought christamas balls na din 12pcs for 70 peso pati yung 24 pcs na iba-ibang shapes nasa 130 lang. ang daming magaganda pero will buy ornaments once the tree is set. hirap kasi magdecorate pag di pa nakikita saang part ang kulang.

Teka ang basta sa tabora sya sis. if you're coming from divi mall right side sya. may nagtitinda dun ng mga kitchen wares, 3rd store sila dun na nagtitinda ng christmas trees. Mga bading ang nagtitinda sis. sorry di din ako familiar sa mga bldgs duon e.. basta right side sya at yun ang pinaka mura. Nagsisisi nga ako di ko binili yung 6ft kasi 1,4k lang sa kanila.

Hi sis, sorry for the late response. Yes sis pwede i-jeep maliit lang ang box. pupunta ulit kami dun baka by the end of this month to complete the ornaments..

Thanks sa mga tips. Although ok pa naman ang Christmas tree namin at wala pang balak magpalit, I am planning to buy Christmas balls this year. Pinamigay ko last year yung balls namin. puro parol na maliliit tapos puro red lang ang nilagay ko sa tree namin last year. I thought okay na yung red and green. Nung tumagal, mejo boring na ang dating. So I plan to add balls naman this year.

I also need to buy Christmas lights para sa labas. Plan namin maglagay ng curtain lights this year, in lieu of our traditional parol.

^ hubby and i bought our very first family Christmas tree. Super excited because this will be the very first time na mag spend ng Christmas in our home.

Kahapon bumili kami, then he's sooo excited that he opened the box na. Then apparently, we can't help ourselves 'setting it up" we bought, ornaments which are in red and gold then gold chain bells then gold medium sized balls then silver small balls. Then i put a copper colored ornament for the highlights. Kulang pa ornaments ko. will be back in divi by first week or second week of november. i sooo love divi.

I haven't started Christmas decorating yet. I am just finishing our house our Hallowwen decorations hehe

I have asked our helpers though to start cleaning the decors from last year and the parols. Need to have the loghts checked as well. Will need to buy new decors this year. Hubby wants a Gold and Silver/White theme again.

After holloween,we will start putting up Christmas decors, although my living area has now a maroon motif, decorations na lang ang kulang and we are ready for Christmas na.. so excited na decorating our house.

AKo din. Will go to Divi 2nd week of November. Pero I plan to buy garlands lang. OK pa naman iyun Christmas tree sa house. Gusto ko lang mag decorate. LOL.
