hi, this thread is good., can someone please help me regarding letter of intent also.. i want to put up a laptop and gadget repair shop sana. lagi kasi nasisira yun laptop dito sa bahay and ang mahal ng pagawa. i have a brother who is studying how to fix computers.. gusto sana namin sa mall mag put up ng business specially in SM Malls. thank you..

re letter of intent... I got mine thru google, madami sample sa internet. then edit nyo na lang. Actually and dami requirements, they would also ask for a layout, colored perspective and electrical consumption. Mahirap and expensive talaga pag sa mall... like mine ang kinukuha ko lang na stall is 5.7 sq meters, as in maliit lang talaga pero ang dami kelangan. they are asking for 3 months security pa and monthly rental is paid every 5th, so advance payment talaga. What I know sa iba, 3 months advance and 3 months security, grabe! one will need more than 100 thou or even more depends sa size just for those advance rental payments.

sis i suggest you come up with a floor plan yourself, kahit basic lang in order for you to approximate your renovation costs. The cost would entirely depend on the type of materials you would be using for your suggested store concept.

Actually pala, there are some mall establishments with building/renovation requirements that you have to observe. Lalo na sa SM ganyan and other major mall operators. I also recommend you consult an interior designer or an architect friend/ acquaintance to help you out with the plan coz they also are very much privy to the available materials you can opt for and its accompanying costs. But bulk of the expense usually leans towards electrical setup and glass fixtures/doors. Dyan kasi mahal ang materyales.

^true sis! ang laki talaga ng renta sa success ng business. i also wonder kung may kinikita paba yung mga nagrerent sa sm foodcourt na scramble kasi super baba lang ng price nila yet not less than 20k ang rent plus bonds plus plus miscellaneous pa. kahit madami pa silang customers parang di pa rin kaya. eh pag nakikita ko sa mall, hindi naman madami bumibili

hi ive read this whole thread from page 1 to 6 and im still thinking about whether it would be okay to
start sa mall. madugo nga and kailangan ng maraming pera..

my items target class a b and come c kasi items are mostly 1.5k pataas na bags.
its our own brand and kami narin nagmamanufacture. and we will also accept made to order

pero di rin naman super dami ng pangpuhunan tama lang. might be in partnership with my bf soon.

sino nakakaalam ng details ng rental sa places na ito we are interested in

TRINOMA - both malapit sa amin, good for our target market
seems to me like a family place and shopping time place for the richie rich

EASTWOOD- malapit lapit rin samin- looking for a place dito na 20k pababa ang rent
although people here are mostly in gimik mode? or date mode?

ROBINSONS gale, we think that this is were the fashionistas often go rather than sm malls

GREENHILLS- dito nagsshopping siguro yung mga barat na magastos if you know what i mean?
especially na magkakaroon ng bagong tayong bldg dito so baka okay. magkano kaya?
