hi mga sis! been to corregidor last nov 23, super enjoy. maganda ang weather hindi nga namin naramdaman umaandar na pala. i suggest pala on reservation just mention your needs, kung may kasama kayong matanda para they will give special treatment, sanay naman sila sa ganoon kasi mostly madami senior citizen. tulad ko I had an accident kaya medyo hirap lang naman lumakad, nahirapan ako sa akyat baba doon sa tramway, mabuti nagdala ako ng pain killer..lol. dapat pala sinabi ko if i cud take another vehicle. nextime maganda mag-overnight doon [textspeak!] bitin sobrang bilis ng trip, kasi po pala kailangan makabalik na sa manila ang ship dahil may oras kasi sila.
If you love to travel, suggest ko talaga ito, very informative at sa nangyayari ngayon, let us take a look kung gaano kahalaga ng buhay at anong nagagawa ng violence/war biruin niyo grabeh 60,000 bombs hinulog diyan sa isla, kaya almost walang puno tumubo for so many years. ay naku emotional nako. visit this place highly recommended!

mga sis, di naman gaano naglalakad. bale nakasakay kayo sa tram tapos mag stop over dun sa mga significant places tapos picture tapos andar uli.. ang mahabang lakad na siguro yung malinta tunnel, pero di naman nakakapagod kasi may mga show bawat station. feeling ko kasing haba lang ata ng isang typical overpass yung malinta tunnel.

We've been here ni hubby last 2007. Our first out of town trip being husband and wife. 

We find the tour interesting kasi madami kaming natututunan and mahilig talaga kami sa history lalo na si hubby. Sayang nga hindi pa yung over night stay yung kinuha namin. Next time plan ulit kami ng visit with our daughter na.

I've been to Corregidor with my BF twice last year, the first time was early November na nag-overnight kami and the second time was just a few weeks after pero day tour naman.  In both cases, Deal Grocer voucher yung gamit namin.  I enjoyed yung overnight namin kasi ibang experience for me yung Hospital Tour and yung Malinta Tunnel Night Lateral Tour.  Wala akong 3rd eye so no creepy experience for me.  Dami sanang pictures but we lost my camera in the island...nahulog nung nag-ATV kami.

We just went there last weekend and we had a great time. It was a learning experience indeed. You will discover a lot about the Japanese-American wars. I was also surprised that Americans have made a lot of buildings there. Corregidor is such a beautiful place. Lots of great sceneries and stories of war if you're into World War stuffs. It's also eerie but hauntingly beautiful. There's a beach but the tour guide said there are lots of sharks around the island lol.. The food was great and the tour guide was also great, she was the tomboyish one with short hair, I forgot her name. Thankful that the weather was good that day.

meron din sila nun overnight stay pero di yun ang pinili ko kasi ang gusto ko lang naman ay yung tour. baka makakita ako ng multo. sabi nun tour guide yun overnighters daw  maggo-ghost hunting. totoo ba yun?

anyways, basta yung history lang naman ang hinabol namin at para na rin sa anak ko.

^ Di ko alam name nya sis basta medyo tomboyish yun na short hair.
Oo usually mga ghost hunters yung nagoovernight.. kaya naman libutin yun ng day tour.. unless gusto mo maexplore yung island by yourself. Guided tour sya then marami kang matututunan about the Japanese/American wars. May buffet lunch dun sa nag-iisang hotel sa Corregidor. 1,350 pesos lang yung sa amin sa voucher din nakuha ng sister ko, sulit na sulit if you ask me.

^ di ko napansin yung iba pang tour guide kasi mabilis lang ang transfer from boat to bus. pero ganun hitsura nun nikki. tapos may kulay ang hair nya. ok naman sya besides sa nalunod ako ng "ke?!" short for ok nya na ginagawa nya filler.

if you're a history buff, super sulit nya talaga. super enjoy kami dun sa malinta tunnel. pati 5yo ko natuwa.

By the way, has anyone actually had ghost encounters in Corregidor? I don't really see ghosts and I don't know if namalikmata lang ako or what, but I saw someone in the comfort room near Malinta Tunnel. Yung malapit sa exit ng Malinta Tunnel after ng Lights and Sounds show. Hindi kasi kami nag-avail ng promo. Kaya kami lang naiwan dun sa tranvia at yung tour guides. The area is very eerie and quiet.

Nasi-CR na kasi ako nun  eh ayaw pa nung kasama ko pumasok kasi wala ngang tao. Sabi ko, " Ayun oh may bantay naman pala eh." I thought I saw a lady sweeping the floor inside the CR. Tapos pagpasok ko walang tao and the cubicle door was open with a roll of toilet paper scattered on the ground. I was rushing to get out of that CR afterwards..

^ kami rin sis, todo review kami sa mga pics pero wala naman kaming nakita. Though nung nag-ghost hunt kami nung gabi may narinig kaming kumakanta galing sa loob ng tunnel. This was after na ng tour, paglabas kase tinignan namin yung map na malapit sa exit, then yung isang friend ko na nagyoyosi sabi nya parang may kumakanta sa loob na babae, puntahan kaming lahat malapit sa pinto, lahat kami narinig namin. Babae na parang humuhuni lang tapos mahina lang. Nung time na yun wala ng tao sa loob kase nga lahat nakalabas na. Sabi namin baka may nagpapatugtog lang ng radyo sa loob kase alam namin may nagbabantay daw dun eh, or nasa kabilang side yung nagpapatugtog eh since tunnel sya nag e-echo. PERO...kung radyo yun bakit huni lang? and sabi ng guide wala naman daw nakatira sa island, yung mga nasa hotel at staff lang daw ang tao sa island.

worth it naman mag-overnight sa Corregidor, super bitin kaya yung day tour, pwede naman hinde kayo mag-night tour kung natatakot kayo. gusto ko nga bumalik dun na may dalang bike, ang sarap libutin ng place napaka-peaceful
