^sis, kung quality lang ng tubig, wala akong masabi as in super linaw talaga! pero yun nga, wala kasing masyadong isda at corals kaya wala rin makita.

^ haha pero anong kulay? parang pepsi or cobalt blue talaga? yun lang habol ko eh lols. pero 'yan nga reklamo ng mga nabasa ko. wala daw fishies na masyado saka super crowded daw. napuntahan niyo yung red sand beach? yang dalawang 'yan gusto ko sa maui sana.

na excite naman kami nagbasa sa mga reviews niyo mga sis. first time din namin ng hubby ko mag hawaii sa first week of august. sa maui din kami. sana sulit ang byahe namin doon. 1 week lang kami doon tapos derecho na sa los angeles for 1 month. may plano sana kami magdala ng local foods from here para pasalubong for my sister kaso strict pala daw sa hawaii so no no nalang.. sana may mga tips pa kayo mga sis. excited na kami sa beach at foods nila. titikman talaga namin ang pineaaple nila. 

sis may tanong ako strict ba sila sa port of entry sa hawaii? anong mga questions nila? hehe.. first time kasi namin sa hawaii. gaano katagal kayo sa port of entry.. sana hindi matagal para safe sa next flight namin to OGG.

Don't forget to visit Ross for your shopping, of course. Then for food, kalua pork and the shrimp trucks of north shore are a must!:) Oops, and Leonard's Bakery's malasadas!!!:)

thanks for the tips sis.  everytime magpunta kami sa los angeles almost everyday talaga kami sa ross, costco, cvs, victoria secret, bath and body works at target. hehe.. malakad ko lang yan sa tinitirhan namin. mas excited kami sa hawaii sis kase first time namin doon.  may walmart din daw doon pero base sa mga nabasa ko mas mahal daw sa hawaii kesa los angeles. sis yang kalua pork and the shrimp trucks at leonards bakery, nasa hawaii maui yun?

If you have extra time, visit Liliha Bakery via The bus - Liliha (I think its bus 65).  They offer the most delicious cream puffs and other pastries.  Majority of the servers are Filipinos.

mahigpit sa pagpasok sa hawaii kasi even yung banana na galing sa plane, bawal ibaba.

hindi ko nagustuhan yung fish tacos nila. yung kalua pork, depende sa resto. sa aloha mixed plate, di masarap. kaya ang bagsak namin, usual american food, ribs, steak, etc. hehe

Sa Honolulu sya (oahu).  Wala sya sa maui.

aloha! any good recommendation for a private beach here in oahu? almost lahat kasi ata ng beach dito sa island of oahu public beaches?

^halos same lang sa philippines ang weather sis. malamig at mahangin sa gabi. gusto ko na tuloy dito for good. hehe

hawaii-bound na kami next year, hopefully. around december. we're torn between kauai and the big island (battle between the oldest and the youngest) though i feel drawn to the latter because of volcanoes national park. anyone been to these two? tia

^sis next year baka nasa big island din kami for honeymoon, may snow daw dun pag december. pero i heard maganda din daw ang attractions sa kauai specifically Na Pali Coast.

^ ay talaga may snow? wah! ok baka mapaaga kami hehe. yun din gusto ko sana sa kauai + their waimea canyon and wailua falls and river.

then again, big island has the volcanoes national park. yun talaga ang draw for me. because canyons, madami na yun eh and anywhere in hawaii, there are several beautiful coastlines naman.

when are you planning to go? lol ako din feeling ko, if we go to hawaii, i'd want to move there.

actually sis hindi pa din kame maka decide if sa big island, maui or kauai. oahu pa lang napuntahan ko.  mukhang for good na ako dito sa hawaii sis, next week kukuha na kame marriage license. dito kasi sa hawaii nag wo-work si boyfriend(fiance).

napansin ko lang, grabe mag shopping mga japanese or korean tourists dito sa oahu, parang wala ng bukas. and puro mga branded like LV, chanel ang mga paperbag nila. hehe.

thanks. sige baka agahan na lang talaga namin. initially, we were gunning for feb but oahu sana. then bf's friends backed out, much to our disappointment. ang maganda lang, now, 'di na kami tali sa oahu.
