Hi mga sis ! Question ? Constipated kasi ko even before i got pregnant . Pwede ba umire or kahit konting push pag CS ?! Tatakot kasi ko baka bumuka yung tahi ko .

^ hi sis, as much as possible bawal muna magstrain. for the meantime, pa-prescribe ka ng stool softener like lactulose. i'm naturally constipated din and i've tried almost everything during my worst constipation days sa pregnancy ko na to. lactulose lang nakatulong sakin actually kahit wala prescription.

^sis! pwede rin siya while preggy? I am having my worst episode of constipation right now. huhuhu grabe, nakakadepress na. I will try that if pwede sa buntis!

@ainge88 hi sis, yes pwedeng pwede sa preggy. pwede nga sa babies mismo. it's a form of sugar lang, hindi sya gamot talaga. this sugar lang has really big molecules na hindi nabbreakdown ng body natin, so ang tendency nya is to attract water sa intestines, thus softening the stool. drink lots of water din when you take this. ang ginagawa ko hinahalo ko sya sa milo para di ko masyado malasahan. tastes sweet.

take note though the effect is not immediate. mga 24-48 hours pa. then when you poo, it's very soft. very minimal ang straining. also unlike laxatives, hindi masakit sa tyan to.

@_AiaH_ Thank you so much sis!! I'm scared kasi to take laxatives pero malapit ko na talagang itry kasi sobrang contipated ako.

Actually kakapanganak ko lang nung oct 19 via CS , first child . After ilang years pwede or safe na magconceive ulit ? Preclampsia pa naman ako . Ako na excited ma-preggy ulit . Hehe im 28 yo na kasi. Anyone who had or been in the same situation ? Thanks !

Ang sabi ng OB namin, pwede na mag-try 6 months after manganak, pero mas maganda kung maghintay ng up to 2 years para healed na ang tahi sa loob. Gusto din sana namin sundan agad si baby (2.5 mos pa lang) kasi 37 na hubby ko hihi

Di pa ko nakakabalik kay OB  , kelan pwede mag make love ulit after ng CS ?

Sabi sa amin ni OB e 6wks post-partum pwede na. Nad pinagstart na din ako ng mini-pills kasi nga di pwede mag-concieve agad..

Re kelan pwede sundan, sabi ni Doc, pwede na daw kami mag-stop sa birth control pag nag-1yr old si baby. Sakto lang daw, magtu-2yrs pag nanganak.

hi sisses share ko din experience ko nung nanganak ako via C-section, gising din ako. so yun tinusok sa spinal ko hindi pala yun yung sinasabi nila na masakit? kasi wala akong naramdaman eh? tapos twilight something ang narinig ko sa ob ko.. gising ako tapos kinausap ko pa yun nag babantay saakin kasi may moment na hindi ako maka hinga so sinabi ko na hirap ako huminga woa! akala ko mamatay na ako! hehe anyway hindi naman ako gaanon ka aware sa paligid ko pero gising ako. the next day tumayo na ako and nag lakad papunta sa cr. sakit din yung first weewee ko parang hiniwa yun hiwa! hahahahha! pero no pain at all after.

I gave bith thru CS because my water bag broke early. saktong 37 weeks lang anak ko. Nung Nov 24 ako nanganak, Ngayon 1 week after ko manganak, nag hihighblood ako, umabot pa g 180/100. Kaya ayun sabi ng OB postpartum preeclampsia daw. Pag mataas bp ko sa 160 eh pinag cacalcibloc nya ko, pero naka maintenance ako ng felodipine. Kaso tuwing gabi tumataas BP ko ulit 150-160. Meron ba sa inyo nagkaganito?

I had an emergency cs last dec 4 with my 2nd baby and oh my goodness i'd rather experience the pain of 10 natural births compared to this!!

When you mommies said your recovery was painless, what medication did you have? I found out that all that was given to me 2nd day post op was paracetamol!! Was supposed to have epidural but the resident forgot, so i was in so much pain!!! As in i was crying walking to the bathroom i gelt like my wound was solitting open they put me back on iv meds and epidural but will move me na to oral painkillers today. Im so scaref for the pain

^ paracetamol lang sis??? e kahit sakit ng ulo sakin hindi nawawala sa paracetamol. alam ko mas mataas na level ng painkiller binibigay post op cs. my SIL also had undergone CS few weeks ago and hindi naman ganyan naexperience nya. mukhang okay naman sya, rest lang. nakakapag breastfeed pa nga and alaga ng baby days after CS.

Mommy rumplehuey panganay ko pangkapanganak ko rin high blood ako saka namanas legs ko. I took meds for it.

Hi sis rumplehuey , preeclampsia din ako , then kahit 1-2 week postpartum , ngiispike pa din BP ko , methyldopa ata yung meds ko , tas nag increase kami ng dosage . Tas nung ayaw pa din bumaba ng BP ko , nag switch kami sa Amlodipine ?!! Tas ng increase din ng dosage hanggang sa nacontrol na yung BP ko.

Bumuka yung tahi ko. 

7 wks postpartum.

Nung mga previous weeks naman ang ganda ng pagka heal nya , halos di mo mapapansin yung incision site , parang yung line lang sa leeg.

Out of curiosity , sinilip ko yung scar and nagulat ako kasi may something reddish , yun na pala yung tahi ko. And yes , kinabahan ako ng bonggang bongga! Mga 2 cm lang naman . I immediately checked with my OB , there's nothing to worry naman daw. Di na rin kelangan istitch ulit. Sabi nya maghi-heal daw yun naturally. Chubby daw kasi ko and yung incision site is nasa ilalim ng tummy kaya nahihirapan mag heal. ( oh by the way , i lost 10 kilos na since I gave birth . Not sure tho if u guys lost more . hehe )

I dont do the usual household since I gave birth , hugas lang ng feeding bottles ni baby and magalaga kay baby.
