1.  We had to hire a videog and photog kasi inisip ko likot siguro ni baby during the ceremony kaya Baka blurred lahat pag point and shoot. Videog wasn't necessary but was our preference.

2. Around 3-4 hrs din nag last ang party. Madami kasi late. Hehe. And chikahan moment din.

3.  Ok lang kahit ilan. Pero para sakin, it's best to choose the godparents wisely. Someone who you know would really stand as your child's second parents. Someone who can be a good role model to them at yung talagang maaasahan mo personally.

suggest naman po kayo ng restaurants na may "baptism" packages or food packages for groups or eat all you can buffet. Ayoko na ng caterer dahil gusto ko isa na lang food+venue.

budget namin is 200/head - 350 / head.

I made a reservation kahapon lang sa Glorietta 5 branch nila. 11am-2pm. May 3 samples buffet menu sila na binigay para pagpilian ko. P299/head + 10% service charge so bale P328.90/head with 1 round of iced tea.

Anytime naman daw pwede magreserve basta ang alloted time is 3hrs. ang maximum. Sabi nila kasya up to 80 heads pero tingin ko 60 lang.may balcony at sound system sila

^^^^Reposting lang:I had my baby's binyag reception at the Banana Leaf Asian Cafe at Robinson's Place Midtown. We occupied the whole restaurant for three hours, and we spent around 29k for 80 people, buffet setup. I think it was around p299 per head, additional 30 pesos if you want to upgrade to bottomless iced tea for drinks. The food was good and it it's not your typical binyag reception fare.

Menu is as follows:

Tofu Salad
Spring Rolls
Chicken Satay
Malayan Chicken Curry
Tilapia Fillet with Malayan Sauce
Sweet and Sour Pork
Penang Fried Rice
Stri Fried Chinese Kangkong with Sambal Sauce

I considered this din kaso mejo malayo kase sa church, sa Christ the King in Green Meadows kase binyag ng baby ko so naka-pencil book na ko for Dad's megamall. Baka lang may iba pa kong makitang optins kase by September ko pa iconfirm yung reservation ko.

Di ko pa naiikot ng todo sa bagong mall... baka meron din dun.

O kaya, dun ka sa labas... TOSH or Grilla, kaya lang baka mahilo na ang bisita mo sa kakaikot.. ha-ha.. kasi from CTK, lalabas sila ng C5 pero kakanan muna para mag-U-turn at makabalik sa kabilang lane.. .kung sa TOSH ang punta nila, lalagpas pa sila ng Eastwood para makabalik ulit sa kabilang lane.. ha-ha..

^Yung TOSH mejo maliit yung place kase yung SIL ko don din nag-reception nung binyag ng baby nya years back and less than 100 yung guests nya pero parang ang sikip-sikip ng place. I'll try to scout around pa for places, anyway, I still have time. Pero pag wala na, siguro Dad's megamall na lang talaga.

^migosh kaya pala when you look at their website, wala na yung libis branch nila sa list. i cant believe napaka-unobservant ko..oh well, that's one resto off my list.

^ sis, check mo din yung Max's sa tiendesitas, function hall yung 2nd floor.  as of for Gerry's, you may opt for Silver City, they close the resto for functions.  Pwede rin Panciteria san Jacinto.  masarap, medyo mahal nga lang.  saka all the way under the c5 bridge and u turn from CTK.  nga pala, check mo yung tianemen bar/ north part sa loob ng ortigas home depot.  parang may function room dun.
