^ I have a few from GT rin. One in particular pre-ordered about 4k worth of cosmetics then nung nasa Pinas na yung items, she said may money problem and if I can reserve it to her, since dati ko na syang client eh okay naman (for a month yata), tapos nung time na ng deadline for her, no communication whatsoever. Nakakainis lang din kasi you try to be honest with your dealings, tapos meron pa rin inconsiderate talaga. I didn't hound the buyer na lang, anyhoo madali namang nasell ulit yung items. Pero naloka ako nung sa next pre-order gusto ulet magpreorder! Aynaku sabi ko no way! If she wants kuha na lang sya sa on hand items when the stocks arrive.

The thing is, no problem yung magpaquote eh, pero yung magorder at magpaextend ng deadline tapos biglang mawawala aba kainis naman talaga.

^naku! ang sama.. did she even explain and apologize sis kung bakit di sha nakipagcommunicate?

ok lang sana yan kung madali mabenta sa iba yung items, ang problema pag medyo pricey tas mahirap ibenta yung item.. tsktsk..
rround 2 pa sha ah, hehe! di na nahiya, di na nga nagpush thru with the 1st transaction hihirit pa.. hehe!

I also have an experience with this. preorders good thing I have not placed my order online for the said item. I texted,emailed then after that, I said If at the end of the day I wont hear from you, Ill consider it cancelled. 2 weeks kasi ako nag sabi though hindi ko siya kinukulit since I send an email with everything na. I required kasi a 50%dp  pero nung time na babayaran na niya, wala ng reply. Frustrating pero may ganon nga ata talaga.

Nung march nagpost ako sa for sale thread and ok naman GTers na naencounter ko except 1 na nagpareserve (yes i agree wag masyado panghawakan yang reserve2x na yan) kaso nagsabi ng date & time when ipick up. Asus ko 3x nangyari. Siguro kaya ako naasar kasi naipost pa nya profession nya e napaka di ok na role model. If nagbago isip magsabi na lang maayos kesa paghintayin as in literal na paghintayin sa wala

how about naman yung sellers na it takes forever to send order acknowledgment/confirmation? 3 days na since nag fill out ako ng form wala parin  :-\

na experience ko na yang mga bogus buyers lalo na sa ebay. it's already part of online selling eh, no matter what ang ilagay mo na sellers policy. ganun pa din.

^sa ebay naman very rare ang ebayers na may good feedback tapos nagjjoybid eh, kaya ako firm sa pag implement ng policies ko dun, like when a user with less than 5 feedbacks or if merong non-paying bidder feedback sha, i require them to message me with their complete details before they place a bid, or else, i cancel their bids without prior notice.

part talaga sha ng online selling thats why we have to set rules.. madami kasing taong nanggugulo lang, especially sa multiply..

tips naman mga sis paano ma avoid yang mga bogus buyers na yan. meron na naman akong bidder na pagkatapos manalo sa bidding eh hindi na po nagparamdam ang ate. grrr... >:(

^set a limit sis and post mo sa auction pages mo...

like the 24to48 hour grace period. dapat within 2 days after magend yung auction mo eh nakipagcommunicate na yung winning bidder sayo, or else, irerelist mo yung item or offer a 2nd chance offer to the next highest bidder.

another thing, yung mga may less than 5 feedbacks or yung mataas nga ang feedback meron namang "non paying bidder" feedback from other sellers, require them to send their complete shipping and contact details before they place their bid, otherwise, icancel mo ang bid nila without prior notice..

these 2 guidelines would help for sure.. pero pag meron pa din buyers na never nakipagcommunicate after they won your auction, dont hesitate to file an unpaid item case... :) thats what they get for being trigger happy eh... click ng click ng buy it now or bid now button pero wala naman pala pambayad. rarrr!

Normal lang na magpa-quote, syempre diba? but naman, minsan the buyers dont even understand what is written, and paulit ulit ng question. Masama pa, they dont even read the fineprint, naka underline, naka-bold font. kaloka

Isa pa, what i really hate most, is that, magpapareserve, then biglang mawawala. It is okay to change your mind, but inform naman the seller ka-agad, kasi they do hold the items up, and nabibitin din. Just common courtesy

Huwag nalang siguro magpa-reserve kung walang balak kunin naman.

Sa akin naman I guess it's ok if peeps should text for a price quote. Parang sa mall - people browse for the best prices, and then choose where they buy the product. Maaaring bumalik (at bumalik ulit kung may tendency na mala-goldfish ang memory span haha) ang customer after browsing, pwedeng hindi. It's part of the selling world. People have a right to choose or change their minds. I think most people here have experienced na binabalik-balikan nila yung product sa mall, trying out shoes, clothes, makeup, gadgets, kukulitin ang salespeople, then stopping and considering if they should really buy it or not.

Ang feeling ko sa kalokang customer ni babyjapnurse01 ;D, baka marami na siyang pinagtanungan at di niya tine-take note ang sellers and the corresponding prices. Or maybe she's thinking that your prices might have already changed for that day. Just a theory.

Pero pag nag-commit na or nagpareserve, eh ibang usapan na. Considered contract na yan, konting integridad naman.. Or at least have the decency to inform the seller at the soonest possible time para hindi naman mabitin sa ere ang seller.

Medyo ilag pa ko bumili online dahil sa mga kahindik-hindik ;D na bogus sellers naman. But that should be on another thread. :P

hay jusko, bogus buyers nagkalat na even dito sa GT..

ang di ko lang magets, sila nagseset ng date or time kung kelan magpplace ng payment and poof! you wont hear anything from them... its easy naman to inform the seller kung may delays sa payment... spare each other's time and effort..

di ko kukulitin yung potential bogus buyer na ito... wala bang thread for not-so-good transactions here sa GT? hehe! sarap turuan ng lesson eh. harrr!

^Ay!  Masanay ka na.  :-\  Marami talagang pasaway.  What you can do is just give the item to the next interested "buyer" after your agreed deadline.  Huwag na magsayang ng text or time.  That's what I do now, kasi sobrang nadala na ako.

^Korek!  Nakakainis pa is yung iba napakatagal magpareserve but in the end di rin naman pala kukunin.  As in they won't give up their reservation for other potential buyers, pero yun nga biglang "ay! di ko na pala kukunin.".  Tapos magppm ulit after awhile, pag di mo na naentertain, ikaw pa ang mataray.  ::)

^^Ang kulit ha. ;D   Kaya nga I've learned not to mind them too much.  Baka pumuti lang buhok ko sa kanila.  Kaya yung mga may online biz, talagang dapat very strict sa mga rules para naman walang lugi, especially if they will encounter people like these, no considerations at all.

May isa pa akong story, ganun din nagorder ng malaki but di rin kinuha, GTalker din, but nung nakachikahan ko yung isang client ko haha bigla akong naging thankful! may record na  pala sya sa gt as bogus seller kaya haha thankful na ako bigla kasi buti pa ako di lang niya kinuha ang products, yung iba tinangayan nya ng money. anyhoo nawala na sya sa gt ever, dati super active sya kahit sa bb cream thread but nawala na.
