need idea san makapunta ng week after christmas.  help mga sis.  si hubby mahilig sa mga medyo nice places kahit expensive.  hay san kaya.  last year we went to acuatico in laiya.  sa thunderbird poro sana kaya lang fully booked na.   hay san kaya?  sayang naman holiday kung stay at home lang.

which is better? casa san pablo, or kinabuhayan cafe? yung mas enjoy. ;-) and how much for 2 person? planning to go there on dec/ 16. ;-)

i've been to both these places; 3 times sa casa san pablo and 2 times sa kinabuhayan cafe. depende kasi kung ano ang enjoyment sa yo.

casa san pablo is parang homey..no tv..tahimik na lugar..may swimming pool.  food? homey rin pero buffet style sha.

sa kinabuhayan cafe naman, gourmet style ang pagluluto ni jay. since maganda ang weather, we went to the foot of banahaw plus we had lunch sa kubli spring. dito naman may tv..may pocketbooks..unlimited ata ang coffee nila eh (i've never had palpitations sa coffee nila kahit na gaano pa karami ininom ko non). masarap yung food kaya lang medyo matagal pagluto. it's understandable since gourmet style nga.

this is just to give you an idea.  for me kasi, magkaibang experience sa kanila pareho. if asked, pareho ko ulit sila babalikan

pa-join.... dami kong nakukuha idea dito... me, my hubby and our 6yr old son love to travel so much kaya lang limited lang ang budget hehe kaya kakatuwa magbasa sa thread na to daming affordable rates na pang-family... so love it!

^sis nag MOP kami nung Sunday lang. Oceanarium cost 400. Pero try mo yung mga package nila or Combo para makatipid ka.

Short out-of-country trips ginagawa namin ngayon. Alis ng Manila ng Friday night tapos balik din ng Sunday night. We did HK/Macau last December then HK/Macau again this February. Pag may seat sale kasi, book kami agad so marami rami na nakaline up samin such as Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Singapore for February and March (last year pa namin nabook 'tong mga 'to). Di naman super costly as long as you mind your budget. Book the hotels via Agoda or other online booking sites para cheaper. If you book a month prior to your trip, malaki-laki rin yung discount.

Nakakasawa na rin kasi yung puro Tagaytay, Batangas, Subic, Baguio, pag weekends. Nagsawa na rin kami sa mga overnight sa hotels.

^ Excluding airfare, eto yung budget ko for myself para sa trip namin to HK/Macau this coming Chinese New Year. Dalawa lang kami so dalawa lang din kaming magshashare sa expenses. Note that pag Chinese New Year, 2x or 3x higher yung presyo ng accommodation.

Roundtrip ferry (Macau-HK-Macau) - 2,000

Meals - 4,500 (lamon budget 'to)

Sa hotel, super mahal lang talaga yung punta namin kaya tig-7k kami sa hotel. Pag hindi naman Chinese New Year, 3k lang per night yung budget hotels nila. Tapos mahilig ako kumain and gumimick kaya medyo malaki inallot ko sa mga yon.

For weekend getaways, Tagaytay lang ang easiest na puntahan or Batangas beaches. But if you really want to relax and have a good time, try Bohol or Boracay. You can find cheap packages naman from the internet, complete with airfare and hotel accommodation.

sisters, san ba meron resort/place where we can rent a room na may mini pool sa loob or veranda? i know meron yata somewhere in laguna, pero yung nakita ko kasi i need to rent the whole house, i'm looking for a room lang sana and sana yung masarap din yung food. tia!

^^ yea sis, ive also tried city of springs...you can choose whether your room has an indoor pool or indoor jacuzzi...we chose jacuzzi that time pero 1 hour lang pala yung free for the heater ng jacuzzi...succeeding hours may additional na..
