Hello!!

We are planning to have our wedding at San Juan, La Union. Church ceremonies but Beach reception. Ang hirap humanap ng suppliers near or within La Union. Can anyone suggest me suppliers? Lalo na Wedding Planner/Coordinator who can really help me with all the preps. We've tried checking Manila suppliers pero medyo mahal OOT fees nila.

^Dukhang Adbenturera Wow, Sis! Thank yo so much!!! We are not from LU kasi pero dun namin gusto ikasal since memorable un place sa amin. Hirap kami humanap suppliers Baka may ma-recommend ka pa iba. Pati nga venue very limited lang ang choices na nare-research ko sa ngayon. Un ibang resorts ayaw pa tumanggap outside caterer, e un menu naman nila di namin nagustuhan.

^ Sis OhSummer, sila lang din kilala kong caterer sa LU. Alam ko may resort din sila kung san pwedeng ganapin yung reception mo pati ceremony. May nakita din akong photos na sila yung caterer sa beach wedding sa San Juan, La Union.

I guess, if kontakin mo sya may mairecommend syang venue and ibang suppliers na nakasama nya sa mga events.

Pangarap ko rin kasi ang beach wedding kaya ni-consider ko rin yung sa San Juan, LU before.  Kaso dapat sa church kami ikasal at di rin namin kaya yung out-of-town dahil marami magtatampo pag di naimbitahan! Hehe.

Hi!!

I inquire from Thunderbird LU few months back.

They have 3 packages: A-130k, B-185k, C-345k (all good for 50 pax only) any extra person will be charged 1,200 (package A), 1,600 (package B), 1,700 (package C).

They don't allow outside caterers. Tried their food, not totally impressed. And the menu inclusive in the package is super simple lang not actually worth the price if you'll compare it sa quality food that premier caterers offer. If you insist to bring your own selected caterer then you have to pay for corkage not sure how much per head but they estimated 100k corkage for me when we inquired. 

Sis may kasama na ba yan na accommodation?

yung club balai isabel they have the Classic Package worth 120k for 100 pax and the Elite Package naman for 150k. outdoor venue to mga sis great for beach wedding. dito din kinasal si Kristine and Oyo, right? I'm currently eyeing on this one although 2 years in the making pa yung kasal namin

about fadge craving  sa 3 tier cakes still depende sa design and flavor...in our case cupcake tower and inorder ko para mas madaling madistribute sa guest kase want ko rin talagang makain sya sa reception...yung top lang yung pinaka cake

Hi everyone!

Boyf/h2b and I are still in the "throwing our ideas, here and there" stage of planning. Nothing concrete yet. Just now, I opened up the idea of a beach wedding with no expectations. Surprise, surprise, he approved with matching brainstorming galore. Seeing how excited he became, I think we're going with a beach wedding. I have no idea how to plan one, let alone solve the ever-looming question on how to have a non-church wedding when you're a Catholic. Please help me.

BTW, we plan to make it as intimate as possible. Our guestlist will be max 100. Probably down to 50 if we can pull it off.

Suggestions on wedding-ready beach resorts (by that I mean nice chairs, nice food, sound system ready) will be highly appreciated.
If you've had a beach wedding, please share your experience.

Ang naisip kong remedy so far is have two weddings. I once watched a Jason Magbanua SDE na ganun ginawa ng couple. They had a church wedding in the morning and a beach wedding in the afternoon. Kaso that's doubling the cost e..

^we're also planning of having a beach wedding. sis, i think pwede lang na magpa-church wedding kayo without doubling your costs! you can have a church wedding with only your family members in attendance and no entourage..
