Best whitening regimen

May nagugustuhan akong soap ngayon nakakalambot sa skin at mas lighter ang skin tone ko kahit wala ng oral gluta Im using Likas babad ng 3-5 mins then a bleaching soap that has gluta (3-5 mins) effective infairness then 3x a week abonne body scrub alternate ng lurlur

Here's my regimen
sa face local obagi

Sa body
placenta soap.  (psalmstre)
Kojiesan lotion (I alternate it with a regular moisturizing lotion para d masyad0ng nakakadry)
I do these 2x a day.
I'm also taking claire blanche gluta 2x a day.


Actually ngaun ko palang 2 natry wala pang 1 week. I hope its effective...

Yoko Yogurt Body Scrub 2x a week
Vaseline Healthy White with SPF alternate with B&W Ultima
then i slather Emu Oil mix with CPC+G all over my body after lotion, para hindi magdry skin ko
when i'm not lazy and still have time, VnM Bare it All Emu Cream on my bikini area, underarm, elbows and knees.
Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-touch Sunblock - i only use this when i'll be under the sun ng matagal, mostly kasi sa bahay lang ako.

for face:
i'm using topical medications from my derma
plus Obagi NuDerm Exfoderm Sun Shield SPF50

supplements:
Tathion 307 together with Vit.C and ALA
Grapeseed Extract

 Kojic san, cy gabriel medicatedm abonne milk salt, and skinwhite spf 20. so far okey [textspeak!] sila icombi, hehe

sa ngayon, im only using likas papaya and kojic soap.

like 3-4 years ago, i was using:
peeling agents (retinoic acid and glycolic acid)
kojic lotion/creams
glutathione oral

i was sooo white back then, pero hirap din naman imaintain. matrabaho at magastos.

beauche set and i must say hands down talagang super galing.  yung mga pimple scars ko na years ko nang tina try tanggaling, nawala in less than a month.  super galing that my hubby has his own set na din.

sa body:

beauche gluta soap babad ng 3 to 5 minutes or until matapos ang isang song while nakababad

abonne spa salt 3 times a week

dr. bronner's pepermint pag super init although hindi sya pampaputi kasama pa din sya sa regimen ko

psalmste hand and body lotion- super love this lotion.  a little goes a long way.  at ang bilis ng epek. napapa isip tuloy akong subukan yung day and night cream nila pero i love beauche far too much to switch.

Question lang girls, ano ba magandang pang-everyday body lotion with SPF? Or sunblock na pwedeng pang-everyday? I read kasi somewhere na very important yung sun protection, especially pag gumagamit ng whitening products. Any recommendations?

i use tawas na binabad sa tubig (panghuling banlaw) and vaseline whitening lotion.

@ashley_afiah - hi sis thanks. pero di po ako nag gluta kasi nagpapa breastfeed ako for almost 3 yrs na. hehe. yun lang po gamit ko tawas na binabad sa tubig at vaseline whitening lotion, i use normal soap (vaseline or safeguard)
