word od advice lang sa mga bibili ng ref....wag kayo bumili ng panasonic na ref.hindi ako nakinig sa salesman ng panasonic na mismo.ayan 1 month pa lang ref ko di na sya lumalamig.

I was thinking of not going for auto-defrost....malakas daw sa kuryente eh, not really an eco-choice for a refrigerator.

Effort to clean vs. green living....hmm..

^ i've seen the onyx models. i love them because i want a black ref. but it's kinda bulky for a condo and the auto defrost mode is really energy consuming. but most of the models are usually no-frost. it maximizes space of ref because it eliminated the buildup of blocks of ice.

still looking for a black ref that would fit my needs

hindi na naman natatanggal ang rust di ba? pero you can prevent it para lumaki yung rust.

use colorless nail polish para "sealed" na yung part na may rust

Okay ang toshiba refrigerators, they have colorful refs - other than the usual black, silver or white! Kakaiba .

im using whirlpool. 5 years na, walang patayan ever. never pa ko nagka problem dito. Happy. hindi siya nag-iipon ng yelo, n"no frost",  kaya never pa ko nag-defrost. sobrang convenient. low maintance. actually, wala nga yatang maintenance required. bagay sa mga busy na tao.

just in time, in search din kami sa first ref namin ni hubby. Preference namin single door lang muna, pero hindi naman maliit na personal ref.
Any recommendations of good brand? Black din ang color na preferred ko although I like the new LG refs na nakita ko from the site na may mga designs na.
