thanks kim.  For teething discomfort, I use Hylands Teething Tablets (not locally available and recently recalled but worked soooo well!) or Hylands Teething Gel (works well too, but the tablets are better. Available at HO).  I've tried all kinds of teethers with them na rin but they just chew whatever they want but it does not really alleviate the discmfort specially at night time when the pain is at its peak.

Lia, yes, yung red and green ang binili ko kasi supposedly for teething nga. Check ko nga kung nagkukulay lang. Sana naman kasi kawawa naman si b kung nasugat nga siya. natuwa nga ako sa munchkin feeder eh. Bukas papa-try ko pear naman.

Raz baby i got from rustans atc last sarurday. It doesnt stay cold for long though. Better yung mfa teethers filled with water, matagal na cold. I bought 2 yesterday, chicco and pigeon. Yung richell that we bought sinubukan ko din lagay sa fridge. Doesnt stay cold for long din pero ok na din for a few minutes. I also bought sansfluo teething gel sa rustans but maybe i'll use this lang pag talagang di na ma-pacify si b. And will ask the pedia din.

Excited ako sa box. Kasi have a pair of shoes there. Hee. And finally madadagdagan na 8oz bottles. Now kasi 3 lang so maya't maya sterilize.

Oh. And the past 4 or 5 days, once a day na lang ako magpump. Napapagod na kasi ako. Sabi ko kay hubby baka pwede tumigil na ako kasi almost 6 months naman na si b. And my daily output of 80-90ml only is really not enough anymore. Every other day na nga lang siya para medyo ipon muna milk kesa bitin.

kim, bahay ba ng ILs mo yung pinuntahan namin? if mag move out ka, sa parents mo ba? sana yung may kasama ka. Pero agree ako diyan. kahit adjustment stage pa lang kayo, your partner needs to know kung alin ang acceptable behavior at hindi. kasi pag matagal na kayo, hindi ka na makakareklamo kasi iisipin niya kesyo dati ganito ganyan. hindi ba siya pinagsasabihan ng mga parents niya (ay parang nasa US ata noh)? mga lalaki kasi ngayon., tatamad tamad na. kasi karamihan na din ng mga wives, may work. so hindi ganun kalaki ang pressure sa kanila na magsipag.

lisa, scary naman yang razberry, naaalala ko madaming feedback nyan sa amazon. pero wala akong naaalala na nags-stain siya. usually, poor construction lang. Si D, hindi ko sinanay sa teether and pacifiers. Bumili ako ng 4 pero yung 2 dun hindi nagamit. hindi ko naman maibenta kasi lahat ng gamit o damit ni D, pinapalinis ko agad o laba.

@clueless, ofcourse puede rata...puede nga rat, mas cool haha.  BTW, what bottle do you use?  Have you tried carica malunggay tablets to increase your milk production? I mix-fed I for 16 months si G 11 months 3 weeks lang kasi purely pumping ako sa kanya because she would get frustrated with the milk supply. Suggestion ko sayo, tyagain mo. Kahit papano iba talaga na may BM sila hanggang makaya mo.  But if ayaw mo na talaga, ok lang din. haha. si G nun, 1 week after she stopped drinking my BM, nagkasipon for the 1st time.  CS pa ako both times so prone to asthma sila. So I wanted to give them a pambawi as much as possible...so tyinaga ko mag BF and pump as long as they took it. Si I naman kasi stopped for a week when he was 16 months old tapos gusto nya bumalik ulit pero wala nang supply.

Lisa, honestly hinde ko alam kung matamis ang marie. Pero yung Rusks hinde gano matamis, ayoko kase ng masyadong sweet pakay Zoe dahil baka maghanap sya lage ng sweets eh.

Gusto ko na din tuloy bugyan si b ng puffs. Pero di pspayag si hubby! Yon kasi kung anong sabi ng doctor yon ang masusunod.

Nabasa ko naman na better yung mga gerber or happy baby puffs than cheerios kasi the latter has salt. Sugar same lang pero si cheerios madami daw salt content. So di muna ako mag-cheerios. But marie magbibigay ako niyan. Lahat ng mga pamangkin ko dumaan sa marie.

Van, ayaw ko din ng mataas sa sugar sana kasi diabetes runs in my family plus may gdm pa ako non so higher chance kami for type 2 diabetes.

Marcia, lia, those sites nga ang binabasa ko kanina. Buti na land di ako bumili ng book talaga.

Rat, which supermarket ka nakakabili ng organic veggies? I get from the green grocer. They deliver to paranaque every monday pero kung ano lang available. But theur prices are ok na din naman. I will order from them again lag naubos na yung stock ko. Will check dbv din, sabihin ko kay hubs. Di ko nasagot yan sa pm.

B never latched eh. She's been mixed fed. I pump lang and ang output ko lang eversince was 6oz max in a day when i was pumping 4-5 times. Pero average talaga 90-120ml lang with 3 pumping sessions in a day tapos nga the past couple of weeks, kahit 3x ako magpump pakonti na ng pakonti. Minsan 40-60ml na lang in a day. I take natalac 2cals 3x a day pero ganon pa din. Eh for that small amount of milk lang per day, napapagod na ako so gusto ko na mag-stop.

Marcia, how did you comfort d nung teething siya. And Hubby said he offered it na to his officemates. Meron yata interested. Will let you know.

Malapit na maubos ang last can of similac hw. Tamang tama lang kasi 6 months na si b sa monday so switch to stage 2 milk na. Di pala 1:1 ang gain, 1 scoop:2 oz so baka mas matipid. Hehe.

^I've been looking for Gerber puffs but couldnt find any. Rustan's Fresh kaya meron?

Kumonti na talaga ang BM ko ngayon, I can only pump 1 bottle of 6 oz milk per session. Once a day na lang ako nagpa-pump so Zoe takes a bottle of BM per day plus 2 bottles of formula. At night, direct feeding ako sa kanya.

mga 6 months ako nag bfeed kay V. pero nagstart na slowly mag mix nung bumalik ako sa work mga almost 5 months sya. at 7th month, wala na talaga sayang nga e.. ang hirap kasi talaga pag nasa work, ang sakit pag super sikip na ng breasts mo tapos nasa meeting pa.. haist.. naoperahan din ako ng mga 1 month pa lang si V humina BM ko nun pero a for effort talaga ako para mabalik sya.. thank god tumagal hanggang 4 months na exclusive BM sya. effective talaga ang BM, for the past 11 months, wala syang sakit kahit sipon. thank God kahit tumubo teeth nya, no fever.. pero naman laging bad mood masakit talaga siguro.

Lisa, binawal ako ng pedia ko ng marie kasi may nabalitaan na siyang baby na nachoke ng Marie. Nung nagteething siya, water filled teethers ang binibigay ko. marcia, yup. that's the house of my in laws. pinagsasabihan naman siya pero they're not as aggressive kasi, not firm. to begin with, they raised him and his siblings na spoiled and dependent. born with a silver platter.  ayan tuloy! each of them were even given 2 cars. i think i mentioned before na one of his cars pa nga is an slk. sometimes i think i can't blame him because that's how he was raised but then again, how would he change and alangan naman forever ko itolerate? i'm finding my own place if i move. kasi pag umuwi ako samin, isosoli lang din nila ko uli like what happened before when i went home. overnight lang ako at pinabalik na nila agad. my family is the traditional type kasi who thinks that women should be the one sacrificing to keep their families complete.

anyway, enough of my sentiments. good vibes and shopping na lang tayo dito. hehe

Marcia, may parang ganyan din si b. And water-filled teethers. May binili akong set na ganito. yung isa don sa 2 water-filled teethers masyadong mataba, hirap siya isubo that's why yesterday, bumili ako ng 2 pa na water-filled teethers din. Sayang yung avent teether, ayaw niya, ang mahal pa naman.

Tatanong ko nga din tuloy ang marie. Plus the puffs. Excited na nga ako magorder eh. Sa 14 pa next pedia visit namin.

May 8 pala ang pacquiao vs mosley, not may 7.
