lemon works for me. my first week of using lemon may purging pero i continue using it regularly for 2 weeks, 2x a day. ang tagal ko ng problem ang bacne, nung 7months preggy lang ata ako nawalan ng bacne. I started using August so far di ko na problema ang back ko just last week nagkaroon ako maybe because matagal akong di nakagamit ng lemon. I seldom  apply lemon na rin kasi kung kelan na lang ulit ako makabili.

I would like to share what cured my chest and back acne. EPSOM SALT (Magnesium Sulphate).

My back acne and chest acne was triggered by using pore clogging hair products and sweat. I simply mix about 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup of epsom salt to a bottle of about 250 ml of purified water.

I spray or dab this epsom water, can also be called magnesium oil and this has cured my chest/back acne. I use this twice a day either before applying lotion or after I apply my lotion.

Cleared in about 4 weeks.

ako naman I tried yung derma e na tea tree oil from healthy options plus apple cider vinegar super pricey effective sya sa face ko but not on bacne kasi nag da dry lang eh ang mahal nasa php600 tapos bumili nalang ako ng giga na tea tree oil online sa goods.ph okay naman aksi 175 lang sya compare sa healthy options  sa face nga lang sya  problema ko sa likod ayaw padin. tatry ko nga yang epsom salt

hay major prob ko 'to ngayon.. yung wedding gown ko tube pa naman.. malapit na wedding and ayaw pa mawala ng mga pimples ko sa likod.. huhu! any other recommendations na mabibili sa mercury/ watsons?
every week nagpapaback cleaning ako and nagpapainject para sa pimples.. bumubigay na ko kasi super sakit pero tiis tiis para mawala yung pimples.. my shampoo/ conditioner is tresemme - nkakacause rin ba yung shampoo/ conditioner ko na yun ng pimples? mas hiyang yung hair ko sa tresemme among any other..hay! then yung sabon ko naman yung royale na papaya soap then i apply yung acne defense ng human nature.. pero di pa din nawawala e.. gosh panic mode na ko..

Alam niyo yung EC27 Guava soap ng Healing galing? Binigyan lang ako ng maliit ng lola ko, then nagtry ako. Infairness effective, as in nagdry again yung bacne ko, pati narin yung mga pimples sa chest. So tinuloy tuloy ko na. 200 lang isang bar nun eh.

this has been my problem lately. i want to try kligman's cream or Dr. Gatmaytan's cream but i don't know where can i purchase it. nakakadepress talaga. summer pa naman di maexpose ang back.

this is what worked for me: derm a 0.01% tretinoin from watsons and milcu powder (yes yung foot powder haha) after bathing. i am very clear now. also it's important to not touch your back and pick at bumps.

What worked for me: while showering, ibabad muna ang sabon sa likod, wag muna huhugasan ng tubig. wash other parts of the body muna habang nagbababad. after that, rinse ka na. I think I did this for 2 weeks, nag ok na backne ko. Pero hindi naman grabe ang backne ko dati.

Eto proven nato mga sis para sakin, dati madalas ako magkabumps sa likod kaya I was very against wearing backless tops nuon.
I started drinking acv, 2 tbsp with a cup of water (210 ml) daily un, before bed tapos partner with snoe shoozit spray me from behind back acne spray after every bath (if I remember correctly, 350 pesos to).
Tapos bumili rin ako ng exfoliating gloves sa watsons (cheap lang to mga 50 pesos ata), eto kahit hindi daily, basta ginagamit ko habang may soap pa yung back ko. Super effective nitong regimen para sakin. Wala na talaga akong bacne, lumalabas lang sya mga isa isang beses before magkaroon pero bihira na rin mangyari un.

This technique is for prevention ha so dont do this if there is an ongoing pimple infection. Dry brushing the back is a very handy and useful technique that does not require the use of harsh chemicals and costly materials and/or procedures.

Basically this is a process that exfoliates the back keeping the pores clean and prevents clogging. The latter typically leads to comedone formation.

You can buy the body brush from watson's. Make sure the bristles are stiff enough that it looks more suitable for the feet than on the back. It has to be that stiff.

Also, check out youtube for videos on how to do proper body brushing. Im practically "bump-less" now all over bec of this. I get it done in less than 5mins and I only peform it 2-3 times a week. Have fun flushing your skin with bloody goodness! (That's how it is supposed to work)

Mine just went away as I avoided those areas when i take a bath.  Maybe the shampoo and conditioner does have an effect on the bacne, so it will help that we exfoliate like with empsom salt or just plain face towel when bathing.

After so many issues related to work, lumabas na naman acne ko sa back. I was able to control it ( scars na lang) by drinking carrot juice for 2 weeks, 1 glass a day. If you will check acne.org, some of the users are also using selsun  / head and shoulders  shampoo  as body wash. I cant remembr kung aling h/s [textspeak!] recommended nila.

Backne din ang problem ko since College, I read here sa mga sissies na they used Mario badescu special cleansing lotion "O" and worked for their backne.
I ordered online and received it yesterday so I started to use Mario badescu special cleansing lotion "O" last night. Hope it works to me too. I'll keep you posted for the results.
