meron ba dito into travel agency business? how to start up with this kind of business?  may nakita kasi ako sa SM may maliit na travel agency selling domestic flights. yun sana muna balak ko. malaki ata sobra capital pag may mga international flights na.

I think TESDA offered seminars on how to start this kind of biz. Aatend sana ako ng seminar last January 21 but nanganak na ako kaya pagpaliban muna. Hopefully next month pag may slot ulet.

I was able to attend a seminar before provided by Asia Pacific Tourism Training Institute.  Check nyo nalang if they have a seminar scheduled. I was a 3 day seminar and the speakers were the owners of travel agencies.  They were very helpful.  Gusto kasi nila lalo mapromote ang Philippines as a travel destination.  You'll be taught all the ins and outs of the business, pati computations.

sis attend ka na lang ng presentation sa tektite. monday-friday 3 or 6pm. mas ideal kasi if ever you can ask questions para mas clear and understable ang business before you join in.pm me when,i still have more concerns he-he.

Yes, malaki nga kita ng travel agency but you need to invest sa ganitong business. Dami ninyo dapat consider like yung payments to IATA and that's a big amount of money. I don't know kung ano deal sa mga systems (Amadeus or Galileo) kung magbabayad ka ba or what?

Kung mag hire kayo ng travel consultant you must include the ongoing training for them para hindi sila naiiwan.

actually, i am on the planning stage na for this kind of business...Travel and Tours. but i want to start muna sa ticketing..

since wala ako malaking capital pa I contacted a travel agency then tie-up muna kami. luckily pumayag na sya initially. she will allow me to use her Amedeus system. parang palalabasin na branch nya ako pero i will be the one to manage, certain percentage lang ibibigay ko sa kanya. we will finalize yung tie up namin on the 24th of this month. hope to start by May

Hi mga sissies, I also have this business. I franchise an online travel agency. 15K lang capital ko, much less expenses compared sa mga nag set-up ng typical office na capital is 1.8M.
