Who's into scrapbook?

[url]I'm into scrapbooking {too much} lol. Once you pop you can't stop ika nga. I've got loads of scrap stuff I often have a hard time thinking which one to use. Kaya I suggest that you limit your supplies. Look into scrap magazines or books and then think about what you want in your pages. Do you like the simple designs but with heartfelt journaling? Or the bonggang-bonggang design with minimal journaling? Once you define your "scrap style" you will definitely save on buying only the supplies you need {and not just want}. Ako I learned this the hard way.

By the way, there will be a Scrapfest on Aug 29, Saturday at the Makati Parks and Gardens around 9am. The shopping pass costs P200 eh. But I'll be there.

I rarely venture into paper scrapping, but when I do, it's usually for gifts. What I do is browse the store to see what supplies will go with the gift I plan to make before purchasing.

And of course, extra materials can be used for cards and other paper crafts.

^^all branches malamang. Pero minsan yung mga sale luma na eh. Mga nabili ko na dati... But great to stock up on those supplies na lagi ginagamit like papers. I recently bought yung mga chipboard alphabets. Super cheap as compared to the imported ones. Siguro kung imported, it would have cost me P350-P400, sa NBS P99-145 lang.

I think so sis kase 3 branches na nabibilhan ko. Dun ka pumunta sa hinde masyadong matao kase marami silang stock na magaganda pa. super cheap sis. may nabili ako 2-sided colored foamboard, 20 lang, mega hoard talaga ko

the best gift i've ever received was a scrap book from an ex. <3 i wish i have more patience and tyaga to do paper scrapping but i always end up not finishing what i've started. lol

you know sis, i should have started scrapbooking 2 years ago kaso na-trauma ko sa kasama ko sa office, grabeh mga prices ng mga materials and tools nya, halos lahat imported, inoorder nya nga online. minsan sinama nya ko sa store na pinagbibilhan nya nalula ako sa mga price. kaya ayun nawalan ako ng gana. pinapangutang pa nya yun ha kase nga siguro naa-aadict na sya. imbes na mawala stress ko mukhang lalo kong ma-stress sa utang.

pero hinde naman pala sobrang mahal, nasa diskarte at pagiging creative mo na lang. yung mga ribbons at buttons sa divi ako bumili last time. way cheaper talaga.

i am! i remember me and my boyfriend doing this stuff together. we made a scrapbook of our Taiwan memories.. whenever I miss d place, it's just a grab away! hehe

pero hinde naman pala sobrang mahal, nasa diskarte at pagiging creative mo na lang. yung mga ribbons at buttons sa divi ako bumili last time. way cheaper talaga.

yes hindi naman sya sobrang mahal talaga kasi hindi mo naman bibilin lahat ng available supplies. Pili lang ng kelangan talaga. Hindi tulad ko ngayon, hindi ko na alam kung ano gagamitin ko sa sobrang dami na. Nakaka-stress lalo.  Basta make sure na acid-free or photo-safe ang mga supplies that you will use. Sa Fully Booked pala meron din mga scrap supplies na imported.

sis karamihan ng kilala ko yan din problema, sobrang dami ng supplies yung iba hinde na nagagamit.

question lang po, yung mga embellishments ba kailangan din acid-free? kase yung mga supplies naman sa NBS hinde naka-indicate kung acid-free, mga paper at stickers lang...

yes, naaliw ako sa paggawa ng scrapbook ng son ko kasi project nila sa school and my son told me he's scrapbook one of  nice scrapbook in his class. oh! di ba bongga
