bought last weekend - family home twin set in 300 tc.

I'm looking for a bed sheet na parang silk, malamig kasi siya. May bed sheet kasi kami dati, forgot the brand, naghimulmol nakakainis. Kinaiinisan ko rin yung lukot sa bedsheet. Is it better if I put a bedskirt? yung type ng bed kasi namin hindi ginagamitan ng bedframe, I'm not sure what it's called, parang box type sa ilalim.

Look for those na 'sateen' or 'satin' blend.

To minimize creases on your sheets, try putting on a coverlet or bedspread on top of your sheets. Usually this is made from a heavier or denser material. Common bedspreads are matelassé (mat-la-SAY) bedspread.

Excited for the next s&r sale. Will definitely buy wamsutta egyptian cotton sheets again. I LOVE the b1t1 queen size i got last march. Will buy for king size naman this time and additional queen too. Muntik na kong bumili ng regular price buti napigilan ko sarili ko. Sayang din ang savings malapit na naman ang september. Hopefully mag ka s&r treat na ulit.

^yes I love the feel of wamsutta beddings. Siguro 2 s&r sales ago yun, I hoarded 2 white queen sets, 2 white twins, 2 white double sets, and 2 twin and 4 queen dreamzone by wamsutta white blankets. some are not used yet and still in their bags. pag may visitors, then i use them. pag wala, family home lang. right now my bed and pillows are in yellow wamsutta linens. iba talaga pag egyptian cotton.

^agree. Thanks to GT and nalaman ko ang egyptian cotton na yan. Di na namin ginagamit yung other brands we have. Macocompare mo kasi ang difference. Sarap higaan. Pati pillow cases namin egyptian cotton na lahat.

Where can I buy bedspreads or bed covers here in Manila?
This is what we place ontop of a made bed even with comforters/duvet.

Family Home is pretty good too. No need to iron

^do you mean bed runners? or flat sheets? rustan's have bed runners. debenhams too. i think even sm's our home carry runners. flat sheets are available in all home stores.

^not flat sheets, sis. Pang cover talaga ng kama. Para siyang comforter ang thickness and you place
It over the bed during the day.

If MOA is also closed) and some from Debenhams. Our bed covers came from the US, pasalubong
Ni mommy pero wala akong makita dito. Para siyang takip ng bed sa hotel.

hello. what is the difference between quilts and duvet? hindi ba sila same purpose lang? what do you call yung pang cover ng foam sa bed yung fitted, yun ba yung flat sheet?

I love bed sheets. Every Christmas, I buy 2 sets for our Queen size bed. 1 set for Christmas and 1 set for New Year. Haha. Tradition ko na to since I got married. Gusto ko kasi yung malamig and madulas sa katawan. So far, I only tried 3 brands and I got them from SM. Town and Country, Family Home and Canadian. Among those 3 brands, pinaka love ko ang Canadian. Nung SNR sale inabangan ko talaga ang egyptian cotton na yan na nababasa ko dto sa gt. So disappointed, wala naman pala.. I got parin the b1t1 bed sheets Sutton ata yung brand nun.. 300ct naman siya for 2500 lang. Pwede na rin siguro for everyday use. But i will never stop hanggat hindi ako nakakabili ng wamsutta egyptian cotton na yan!

Gusto ko sana bumili ng duvet parang ang ganda ganda kasi.. kaso lang hindi naman kasi ako nagkukumot.. or minsan OO pero hanggang thigh lang talaga yung kumot ko.. kahit kasi naka aircon naiinitan pa rin ako eh.. pero pag iisipan ko parin talaga ang duvet.. ano ba magandang brand ng fillers ang magandang bilhin?

^I'm happy with the duvet I bought. Daphne Osena's line at Linens Direct. I got the cotton though instead of the down feathers dahil nabibigatan ako sa down at mag-isa lang ako magpapalit ng duvet cover.
