nagtake kami ng green barley. powder form siya tapos add lang ng water good for 7 days lang siya. so far maganda pakiramdam namin. sa dami kasi ng processed food ngayon gusto ko madetoxify ang body namin.

gustong magtry ni bf nitong wheatgrass juice. nagustuhan nya kasi yung isang shot nung wheatgrass juice na nabili nya dati sa may ABS. saka feeling lethargic sya these days, baka makatulong daw ito.

pero namamahalan kami sa sachets, kaya yung tablet na lang muna. di masyado appealing sakin yung name na wheatgrass, baka lasang halaman kaya pass muna ako. si bf na lang muna then pag maganda effect, saka na ako magtry.

sis.. ok lang ba i-take yung wheatgrass at night? pero kasi tinatake ko din yung low-fat milk ko sa gabi..ok lang ba gawin ko before dinner inom muna ako wheatgrass and then eat dinner tapos yung drink ko milk? wala bang magiging bad effect yun? thanks!

^this week, i bought wheatgrass powder sa Easy-Phamax. So far, i'm getting addicted to the WG/Honey taste, pero medyo consti pa rin ako. I started taking it last Tuesday pa lang. ano ba dapat ang effect?

First time ko nakatry ng wheatgrass last year sa may Big Chill sa MOA P50 cya. Nakita ko kase sya sa menu while ordering tapos tinanong kung tindera kung ano yun she showed me un shot glass ganun lang daw ka kaunti na jinujuice na damo tapos equivalent ng isang basket ng gulay kaya napabili ako kagad and since then hooked na ko sa wheatgrass. Everytime punta ako bigchill hinahanap ko sya although ang badnews di lahat ng branches ng Big Chill nagoofer.

Yung second shot ko sa Legaspi village na. I Love it love it!

Im planning to juice my own wheatgrass shot may alam ba kayong mabibilhan ng murang juicer?

so far ang nakita ko pinakamura ay P4K sa chlorophyll tapos un sa S&R nakita ko lang sa dyaryo wheatgrass juicer sya na bakal mano mano....mahal kase sobra [textspeak!] iba 10 K up

Yung isang tray ng wheatgrass tumutubo pa ba uli or one time use lang?

Saan ba makakabili ng seeds ng wheatgrass at mabilis lang ba patubuin?

Medyo mahal kase per tray so im planning my own small wheatgrass garden kung low maintenance lang naman para makatipid.

Na-tryt ko rin un easy pha-max na wheatgrass mdeyo lasang butong pakwan sya saken mas type ko un consistency ng taste ng fresh na manamis namis at may sipa! feel ko energized ako pag ka drink ko...

natawa ako sa commercial ng wheatgrass juice na nakita ko. hinihintay ko kasing inumin nila, esp nung mga kids na nasa ad. tapos cut na. di tuloy ako convinced.

madali lang ba patubuin ang wheatgrass? gano kaya katagal bago pwede iharvest?
