7 years, super roller coaster ride ng pitong taon, I resigned twice, pero bumalik din after 3-4 months, daming nangyari, planned to leave ng madaming beses, hated and loved people here, angdaming umalis at dumating, pero ganun pala talaga darating ang time, mamahalin mo Company mo at mga Amo and Colleagues, you won't even think about leaving anymore to look for a greener pasture, lalo na kung stable ka naman. You'll value loyalty and security over your pay check. Happy, content and concerned ka na sa welfare ng Company and you'll treat it as if it is your own. Maling mali din na umalis agad, magkaron lang ng konting aberya, or when you feel bored, or whatever, minsan emotional lang talaga tayong nilalang.

What goes around comes back around, we just reap what we sow.

Just celebrated my 5 years in a petroleum company last April. Sakto new assignment din ako so new challenges for me.

5yrs and counting. mukhang aabot pa ko sa 6 yrs sa november. this is by far my longest tenure. nung kabataan ko, 2 jobs, less than 1 yr lang ako palagi. pero ewan, still hoping for a career abroad. parang mas gusto ko lifestyle dun e.

11 years and 11 months. Last month nagplan ako mag resign kasi wala mag aalaga sa anak ko because yun biyenan ko uuwi na ng province. Kaso until now d pa rin ako nakpagpaalam ang hirap pala pero decided na ako magresign.
