I bought Asus K45V i5 during the recent IT show here in Singapore.  Color is hot pink.  Price:  SGD 999 with so many freebies:   12gb memory, 500gb hard disk, win 7 home premium, 64-bit windows, upgraded to 2 years international warranty, 17-in-1 accessories (mouse, headphones, cable, etc.).  :)

any feedback on Asus Eee PC 1025-GRY048S Netbook PC ( http://www.villman.com/Product-Detail/Asus_Eee_PC_1025c)?

na iintrigued ako sa 12 hour batt life. matagal ba talaga batt life ng asus? i have an acer (super old ,mag 5 years na, still working pa naman kaya lang nawala na yung power button so kelangan tusukin ng scissor para magopen and kelangan lagi naka plug, phased out na yung model so di na din ako makabili ng batt) and a toshiba c655 (ito bago kaya lang sobra bigat naman di madala sa office). so am thinking of getting a netbook para  magaan dalhin sa office. torn ako between getting a toshiba netbook or an asus. then i saw this one nga. mas magaan kaysa sa toshiba netbook and the batt's life super nice.  anyway, does anyone here own this modell? feedback naman. thanks!

I don't have one, but I was able to use my teacher's unit.  Okay naman siya, pwede na for basic office stuff like MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and pagsusurf ng internet, yun nga lang, pag medyo graphics-heavy na yung task, like maraming big, high-resolution images or videos ang nirurun mo, may mapapansin kang lag talaga.  Which is why preference ko talaga is laptops instead of netbooks, marami kasi akong windows and tasks na nakabukas sabay-sabay.

im using ASUS Vivobook x202e i3. okay naman sya I love it. ang problem ko lang is 4.5 hours lang ang max battery life niya. hassle to pag need mo magtravel. you always need to look for an outlet

Wala pa kasi atang universal warranty ang Asus, unlike HP or Lenovo.  But matibay naman ang Asus, nagkataon lang siguro sa case ng kapatid mo.  I hope maaayos siya soon.

eyeing on ASUS T100. sabi 11 hours ang battery life and pwede na for word and internet use since yun lang din naman madalas na gamit ko. pero sobrang piangiisipan ko pa din. baka masyadong maliit ang 10.1 na screen sa akin at 2gb lang yata yung ram, di ako sure.
