enroll in a gym. slit yun. a dvd is not good unless magaling ka na. baka mabalian ka. dont risk it.
i just did my first pilates! its so hard!! grabe. i hope ill do it again pa....... my whole body ache snow as in todo ponstan ako.

i've inquired with armand bautista of true pilates in katipunan. one on one session sya and its 1,200 per session. and if you pay for 10 sessions it's 11,000php. i've yet to try this since medjo busy ako ngayon at medjo kamahalan sya.pero effective daw kasi after two sessions with him kita na raw effect. anyone here who have tried true pilates? feedback pls. mga sis. TIA

hi fanfan, according to armand bautista, kung saan nag-inquire din si lostinT, you can stop the one-on-one session once nakuha mo na yung result. and base from our conversation, he can also advise you when to stop and continue the pilates at home on your own. i even ask him if after the one-on-one eh sasama na ko sa group pilates but he said na pwede din naman on my own na lang sa bahay and he'll give/teach me exercises. dito mo pa lang siguro pwede gamitin yung mga dvds. mahirap sundan ang dvds ng wala naman talaga nag-guide or train sayo, baka nga mabalian ka.

ang hirap! 3 times na. every time i do it, mura ako ng mura the whole class. pero shempre to myself lang and hindi audible. i really hate it but i know grabe sa fitness kaya go pa rin ako.

Im soooo happy. May kabubukas lang na studio sa QC, near roces and tomas morato. Its called bravura. Tapos, yung pilates nila, 1,500 FOR EIGHT SESSIONS. grabe, on the spot eh nagsign up ako at sinama ko yung 2 ko pang classmates! start na kami sa Wednesday! Yipee!

BRAVURA DANCE & MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

They have lotsa classes, but the Pilates schedule is:

W 8:30pm/F 7:00 pm

8 sessions for 1500! Start na ako sa wednesday, baka may gustong sumama!

Anyhoo, its at Room 301, FSS building, Scout Tuazon corner Scout Castor Street. They have a multiply site too, google them nalang.

While I'm here in Thailand I was looking for a pilates class tapos one time may nakita ako offering training to be a pilates instructor, go naman ako inquire, OMG 100K ang tuition!

thanks sis pagisipan ko muna medyo nasanay na ako sa aero ko at One gym. i can only exercise once a week sa gabi so alanganin kung thurs yun sched sa isa tapos wed/fri yun isa
