ang husband ko po sa magsaysay aida cruises. night supervisor po sya sa housekeeping ng public area. since nov 2009 pa po sya sumasakay. medyo maliit lang po ang bigay so kahit ako dapat working lalo na ngayon may asd yung anak namin

Me and my husband are trying to apply for a cruise ship job. We went yesterday to Jebsen pero since we don't have any experience sa barko nor any training, they required us to undergo Solas etc pa. I asked them if there is a good chance na we can work in a cruise ship once we have the training na pero sabi nila no assurance pa din.

Is this true? I mean how can someone have an experience working in a cruise ship kung ang requirement ng agencies ay may experience dapat?

Hi sisses! Up ko lang po itong thread. Sana may mga makasagot pa ring sisses natin dito. Hindi pa ako tapos mag backread, pero may mga nailista na rin akong pointers. Tanong ko lang po, kung sakali office work ang papasukan sa barko, kailangan ba talaga marunong lumangoy? Floating lang kasi alam ko eh. Saka may nakakaalam po ba kung tumatanggap pa rin sa Magsaysay kahit wala experience? TIA!

^Hello sis. Naku, bagsak na pala ako agad hehe. May nabasa rin akong article na kailangan daw tumalon sa pool as part ng training. Takot pa man din ako sa heights. Mukang hindi para sa akin ang job na ganito. Thanks sis.

May life vest naman, when you land in the pool lulutang ka din agad. Kahit di ka marunong lumangoy, like me, as long as kaya mo magfloating papasa ka naman sa SOLAS

Around 20 or 25 ft yung sa magsaysay training ctr sa tanza dati. Actually when you get there wag kana magisip talon ka nalang agad para tapos na. The longer you stay sa diving board, the more you get afraid
