Covergirl Cosmetics

I read in Kinny Salas' column last week about this brand, saying that she's happy that you don't have to ask friends and relatives in the US to buy Covergirl products. Is the brand already available locally?

Has anyone tried their products? I'm particularly intrigued by their mascaras

^^may nag sulat sa isang thread dito na meron daw sa Robinson's Galleria dept. store, I asked nga kung how much yung range ng make-ups e di pa sumagot e.

^ i was curious about the price range too so i snooped around a little though i really cant remember much because that was about a week or two ago  the loose powder is around 500 ++ , eyeshadows around 300 + (gosh i wish that's right, the prices are scrambled in my head) but i remember thinking that they are a bit expensive for cover girl

^talaga sis, ano ba yung eye shadows na nakita mo, singles or palettes? kase kung singles tapos ganun yung price wow mahal talaga. I was hoping magkaron na dito yung mga foundies nila for oily skin and pressed powders na rin. Tsaka di ba may MMU na rin sila.

I saw their stall sa landmark trinoma. I love their cheekers blush especially classic pink.

Saw the CG stall in Landmark Trinoma.. Hmp! too expensive.. The mascara (lash exact?) costs 600 plus.. wala pang 6 yun sa US e.  Mas expensive pa kesa sa Loreal and Maybelline..

ako rin love the classic pink, im still using it... and recently, i asked my mom to buy me the bronzer... maganda din sakin since, umitim ako sa beach. you can try aqua smooth, maganda sa mukha yon. kindda liquid na hindi... pwedeng lagyan mo sya ng loose powder or kahit [textspeak!] na rin... nakaka hide ng blemish un. parang it works like concealer din kasi.

mga sis! talaga??? may covergirl na dito!?!?! WOW! can't believe it! can't really believe it. kasi matagal ko nang gustong magkaroon ng make-up product sa covergirl. and finally!, andito na rin sya. ask ko lang, as in lahat ng make-up product eh meron dun sa stall nila sa landmark trinoma?

not all products are available, i was looking for the thick lash mascara and they don't have it. they also don't have the blushes. they have the trios which contains a contour shade, blush and highlighter (i think).

I only saw the stall but I wasn't able to check the prices. Aww...kung pricey siya, baka mas ok pa na bumili online or magpabili sa mga kakilala sa US. kakaiba naman yun kung mahal siya tapos mababa na ang exchange rate ng peso sa dollar.

i was able to pass by the stall last week. it's rustan marketing who distributes the cover girl here in ph. quad eyeshadows cost php 270 and their foundation powder is around php 500... personally, i love aqua smooth foundation powder and of course, cheek blush... =)

aww..too bad. di lahat ng products ng covergirl meron dito. but it's okay. at least, andito na sya. ask ko lang sa mga naka-punta at nakabili na rin, meron ba sila nung tru make-up collections??? [textspeak!]-ano yung mga powder found. na meron sila? senysa ang kulit ko. hehe.

i just bought the powder blush on that comes in 3 colors. diko pa masyado nagamit, so wala pa feedbacks. diba halos same price range lang naman sya ng maybelline?

Me, ive always liked covergirl cosmetics.  Even if some people turn their noses up at it.  But their versatile, easy to blend and definitely long wearing make up.  And i used to hoard CG cosmetics back in the US...the drugstore lady knows my name because of that!  =) 

That was before i was aware that cosmetics also have an expiry. Good thing its now here.

 I only have one product nila yung Lipslicks (hint of red na shade) which I got from a relative years ago pa :-) I like it kasi sheer lang siya

when i was in the us 16 years ago, my friends and i weren't too happy with cover girl kasi it made us itch.  eh cold pa naman where we lived so super dry and sensitive ng skin namin.  clinique was good for me back then.
