How to start an accesories business

aside from butingting & wellmanson, what are the other bead stores in quiapo, kc maaga nagsasara ang butingting & wellmanson eh??

mga sis ask lang po, ok pa ba swarovski ngayon?? binilhan kasi ako ng mga tools for accesory making e uhm nakita ko mura swarovski sa ilalim ng quiapo, ok pa ba yun mga sis?? dami pa rin kaya may gusto nun??

ako mga sis i started making accessories 2 months ago kasi nagrequest loyal customer ko sa jewelry na gawan ko sila keychains (tulad ng binibigay ko sa kanila everytime bumibili sila ng alajas) so i started making keychains for them (for giveaways nila sa wedding).. after ko nakagawa ng 100pcs, naku ang sakit ng kamay ko hehe! pero they were sooo happy! i'll post the pics sa multiply soon now, im busy making the 2nd batch, wedding giveaways naman ng friend nung client ko na nakatanggap ng keychain ko bait ni Lord talaga kasi may nagagawa na ako sa house, im now a work-at-home mom hehe!  ppsstt.. di pa alam ng hubby ko

sis where sa quiapo banda yung mga accessories na ready made na? my friend is planning to resell kasi e. hindi ko alam sanda banda dun. meron kasi [textspeak!] parang mga parts lang wala akong makita yung gawa na.

usually kasi sa mga friends and relatives muna. ako dati, i made these ones for gifts, tapos pag freetime lang. hindi talaga full time. tapos the word spread na and nagpapagawa na lang sila sa akin ng accessories.

butingting is before well manson's i think it's the first store, tabi ng mga plastics... that is if you're coming from the quiapo church.

meron din dun mga boxes and mga ribbons if you want. scout ka lang dun marami ka rin makikita.

actually, i like to try this. Thanks for the suggestions above. I will try to check some stores in Quaipo. I have another beaded project on mind, not really about accessories. Where can i get tutorials na madali lang or if not, designs to check out?

i registered in a forum called sewforum.com. marami dun na designs, as in parang designs haven not just for accessories, but for everything na pwede gawin by ourselves. hope this helps.

mga sis san kaya pwede makabili ng mga imported charms?? common na kasi un mga charms sa wellmanson and sa mga katabi shop nila eh..im looking for a different style kahit mejo pricey..any idea guys kung san meron?? ty

medyo marami pa akong beads, wires etc that i bought from wellmanson... medyo ayoko ng gumawa.. masaya na ako sa mga naachieve kong projects... any of you know an idea where i can sell them?

should i sell them in lot or tingi tingi?

yung mga accessories ba sa greenhills and divisoria form china? bangkok or korea ba yun?

what are the basic things po ba na dapat bilin and meron ka kung mag start ka pa lang ng ganitong business?wala kasi ako talagang idea eh, pero gusto ko rin na mag try....

I have observed that those who succeed in the Accessories Business are usually those with artistic talent --which they translate into a viable business.  Kasi kung aasa ka lang sa talent ng iba -- puede kang layasan nyan 1 day or they put up a competitive business. 

However, if you have no such talent (like Bea Valdez) then you will have to be good at spotting trends and have the knack for purchasing what will sell, and have a good knowledge of supply sources (like Rustan's - magaling sa forecasting what will sell, and magaling sila sa purchasing.).

may nakita kasi ako last wk, kay em mariano, pro last workshop nia was dec20,,, di ko pa alam sked nia for next yr...
