Birth-plan questions!

So my DH brought up that we need to put together a birth-plan so that he knows all my wishes in case the Drs get pushy while I'm pushing. Sidebar: this made me really happy  he has been overly laid back this entire pregnancy, so it is nice to see him take some initiative  https://vlc.onl/ Appvalley .

This made me think of a cousin's birth story. She got to a point where she was given 3 choices; vacuum-assist, forceps or c-section. I don't know what I would do in this situation. Help? What are your opinions/experiences. I think I would rule out forceps, but I really do not know that much about them.

What are your other birth-plan preferences that I may have not thought to include in mine?
