For HR people : having 2 fulltime jobs

To all HR sisses here, tanong naman kung illegal ba magkaroon ng 2 full time jobs?

Ito ang mga conditions:

1. Parehong may BIR, sss, pag-ibig(pwedeng ipa waive sa kabila except BIR)
2. The first employer knows about the 2nd employer, and vice versa
3. Bawal ba pag 2 ang BIR mo?
4. Yung isa dayshift (6-3), yung isa mid shift(3-12) so walang time conflict.
5. Both are work from home jobs

Lets say na kaya naman nung tao ang 2 jobs.
