If you're a unit owner but you do not occupy the unit (unit is a rental) can you still use the amenities (pool/gym).

We have 2 units in Avida Vita. Turn over is scheduled for end of this year but most likely March 2018.

Yes. Some condominiums have locks going to the gym or pool. You should have your own keys. For those that are open, some admin requests the names of people allowed to use these facilities. Even if you're not staying there, might as well add your name and any new tenants/renters.

^ Yes. You are the unit owner, so you can enjoy the amenities for free. In our condo, the owner can "nominate" tenants or renters who can use the amenties for free. So yung samin, max of 4. Not sure about other condos.

got mine from DMCI, though RFO na yung kinuha ko. maayos silang kausap and they stick to deadlines as much as possible. they have well-maintained amenities as well.

minsan lang matagal silang magrespond sa mga requests. hehe. pero minor lang naman.

Also, what do you think about The Sapphire Bloc (Ortigas) and Avida Towers Turf (BGC)?
