^ Ang hirap mag complain, monopoly na rin kasi ng mga networks yan.  I'm happier with sun broadband than with smart bro.  Ang hirap kay ang smartbro :(

We're using Sun Broadband Stick for 6 years already. Kasama kami dun sa naka avail ng same rate na 699 per month. We have another broadband na gamit ng sister in law ko but its 799.00

2 weeks ago we received a sim card from Sun na naka roaming daw sa Smart in case wala silang signal sa area. Then, we were told that we need to call their Technical Department to have it activated and then after 24hrs the old sim will be deactivated. So we called them. After 24hrs the old sim is no longer working so we assumed that we can use the new sim already. But it's not working. So we called their Technical Support.

1st call - Was advised that we need to restart, changed this and that. And wait for aother 24 hours as they are already checking it.

2nd call - The representative dropped the call as soon as I gave the reference number.

3rd call - I was so upset already but I still talked to the representative on a calmly manner. But after 30 minutes that he still cannot resolve my concern, I asked for a supervisor. She said that his supervisor and manager are all on lunch. I told him that I am willing to wait because it's been 5days that we don't have internet connection. Then he hung up.

I went to their shop in Mall of Asia and was advised that they cannot give me a new sim and we need to pay them 150.00 for it. I was told that we also need to wait for about 5hrs for their IT to have it checked. No case id as well.

We decided to just terminate it instead kasi sobrang stressful na siya for us. I'm not gonna pay for the days na wala kaming internet connection.

Im now thinking of getting a Smart Broadband instead.

My observation with sun is my moments that you have to have it restarted in the branch or you will not be able to go online no matter what you do and no matter where you are.
