My Husband is Too Comfortable With What He Wears at Home

My husband is one who easily feels hot and sweats a lot. We sleep in an airconditioned room. I wear pajamas and use comforters, while he is practically bare wearing underwear only.  During daytime,  he wears only boxer briefs and white cotton tshirts to stay cool and comfortable inside the house.  He wears the seamless type which show a bit of his outline, but his tshirt is long enough to provide partial cover. He wears it even when he goes out of our bedroom.  At first I was a little uncomfortable because we have maids and told him.  His reply was that he wants to be as comfortable as possible in our own house.  Besides, he said wearing trunks for swimming is even skimpier than his boxer briefs.  And it's not like he's seducing anybody.  It's just that Philippine weather is too hot for him.  So, I just let it be and got used to it.  It's been like that for more than five years already.
Recently, he bought some new pairs from online shopping.  He said those are breathable types and are more cool and comfy.  Only thing is that they show a bit of the skin through the fabric.  Although the maids do not seem to mind, the discomfort I felt before came back.  Am I just being paranoid?  When is comfortable too comfortable?

ask him how he'll feel if you were to wear skimpy (but comfortable!) articles of clothing too around the house where you can be seen by your driver/gardener/etc.
