National Shrine of the Sacred Heart

Hi mga sis! Tanong ko lang if anyone here is a National Shrine of the Sacred Heart bride sa Makati? Or may kakilala? How was the experience?
 
November bride here, and alam ko they don't allow couples to say their own vows. Pero in a wedding video I saw of last year lang, the couple was able to say their own vows. Same in another wedding video I also researched maybe 2 years ago. I'm scared lang to ask sa Parish kasi baka maslalo na silang magiging strict! They told me when I booked kasi na it's not allowed.

Also, does anyone know if they are strict sa floral decorations and sa dress code? Any advice would be helpful!! TIA sisses!
