Condo Unit Size Price Range

Hi, may I know the most common price rangs of condominium units in Manila based on their sizes.   I know it varies for developers; but what are the common price equivalents. Just to have an idea thanks.

Anyone have specifics for developers fpr  30-32 sqm studio units?

my unit at Brio Tower 36 sqm is Php 2.9 Million pre selling price in 2014.

For dmci infina around that size, mga 3 to 3.5M ang quote sa akin, preselling price pa yan. I think ganun din naman yung mga smdc and those new condos in cubao, though RFO na yung mga quote na binigay. One of the cheapest I guess is cityland.

sm fame residences near shaw 24sqm around 3.8M

^Yes pero malalayo siya not sa mga prime locations. Madami ako alam less than 1M pa. Rent to own.
