psychologist/counselor-recommendations please!

i live in Q.C (near Trinoma) so sana medyo malapit sa akin.

I plan to see her/him on a weekly basis.

gusto ko lang mag unload ng any sama ng loob weekly kasi may tendency talaga ako magtago ng sama ng loob and hindi na maganda sa health ko.

Heard from a radio DJ that he is good. I've been to 2 psychologist/ psychiatrist, all they did was to prescribe anti-depressant drugs. Pero this one, he will not prescribe drugs, as in pure counseling lang daw. Planning to see him din kaya lang wala syang weekend schedule.

i'd suggest a psychiatrist over a psychologist because they can give you both meds and counseling. you can always suggest to your psychiatrist to try therapy muna. my psychiatrists from pgh is more inclined to doing psychotherapy than giving meds, and it works for me.

try dr. lee... he has a clinic in pcmc (but i think kids lang minimeet niya there) but you can inquire. he only has one secretary for both his qc and manila clinics naman.
