it's upto you sis, but ako i kept it because i have an older son. now since i am back to work and pump 3x in the office, the extra is given to my 2yo panganay. i even donate. i dont follow the 2hrs rule for pumping. i pump every 3-4 hrs and still get 3-4oz per boob. i also pump before going to office (about 530AM) and i get about 10-12oz. i dont if i should be happy or not with this. hirap lang din kasi when we go out. unlike sa bahay, you can easily take control of the positions, express a bit before feeding. kapag sa labas, limited yung galaw mo.
