Would you work for a new unregistered company?

Hi! I keep seeing some new companies looking for people online. Most of those are foreign companies. Whenever I search them if they're registered, usually they're not. Would you want to work for those companies since they are still new and might become registered after a few months?

No. Risky.  1st, you can't really pin down what their business is: legit or illegal?

Some are startup companies operating in the country but not yet legal/registered/insert-proper-terminology-here. I don't know how this goes eh. Yes it's risky and you have to ask yourself whether to put yourself in that situation kapalit ng trabaho. If you think you're in the good hands anyway, then go, why not. Pero kung wala ka talagang malay about the company, what it does at all, wag na lang.
