Baking Soda: For whitening toddler's teeth

is it safe to use baking soda for removing stain on toddler's teeth?

I know it's popular for adults but please, don't use this on you child.Baking Soda is Sodium-maraming adverse  reactions ang katawan ng bata on excess sodium (like salt).it has potential negative effects on their kidneys, heart and may develop hypertension.Please just use normal toothpaste on your child.even better, try to sugarfree toothpastes.Never mind kung hindi maputi ipin nya, milk teeth pa lang naman yan, they will eventually all fall out.Pag malaki na lang siya magpa-zoom kung gusto niya maputi ngipin niya.
