Maternity Belts

^ sis, baka may special feature yun sa mercury kaya your doc recommended it. Haven't tried it so i can't compare but definitely cheap yun sa sogo, less than P200.

Sige try ko muna yung sa Sogo, kapag hindi ako naging komportable, try ko yung sa Mercury. Unahin ko muna yung mas mura, thanks sis chubbycheeks!

Update: Nabili na ako ni hubby.. So far comfortable naman ako using it.. sa Sogo worth 179 lang.. not bad na din..

Hi mga sis.

Ask ko lang saan branch ng Mercury meron? I checked Trinoma na kasi and yung Mercury sa may sa amin, wala eh. My hubby bought a maternity belt from South Star Drug kaso ang kapal. Ang init. Hindi ko magagamit. Thanks in advance sa reply.

^ sis, below the belly naman sya sinusuot to support the weight. Hindi naman [textspeak!] naiipit coz doctors recommend its use sometimes.

Own a Mamaway mat belt. Meron pala sa drugstore/dept store dito ko nalang nalaman. ( Dapat talaga basa basa pag may time.

^ Don't feel bad kasi the one in mama care or mama way has more quality and support sa belly.  The one in mercury mas hindi daw maganda according to my sister in law.

^ Point well made. Quality nga pala muna. Kunsabagay, comfy talaga yun sa Mamaway & w/ proper care magagamit ko pa sa next pregnancy (w/c would hopefully be after 5 yrs pa naman haha).

I only use the one from sogo and its a hand me down from my sister in law. No idea regarding the high quality maternity belts but so far, nagagawa naman niya ang dapat niyang gawin

I started nung sumasakit na yung likod ko. around 6th month na. pero hindi madalas. ngayon im on my 33rd week, everyday ko na siya suot.

i bought last night sa sm cubao.. yung sogo yung brand... namahalan ako sa pigeon 2500 i think... compared to 179++... sabi ko try ko muna... pero meron ako nakita sa olx pigeon din 1000 lang yun lang sana legit seller sya...

im looking for a maternity support yung merong back support sana... kasi im having low back pain before i get pregnant pa.. as in kung pwede  weekly pa massage go diba.. yun lang splurge naman yun.. mga 2x a month kami ni hubby magpa-massage since di ako pwede... wala na...

so far sa ebay lang ako nakakita.. and sa mga stores sa US... meron ba dito??? kahit sa ig or sa fb or olx din???

If you want good quality, buy from Mothercare.  You can try it on right then and there.  Cotton yata siya so breathable and kahit once a week lang yung cleaning.  Till now usable parin siya.  My SIL told me hers came from Mercury and hindi siya happy.

Hi! Post ko yata sa OLX yung nakita mo. Haha! I got the maternity belt on sale sa Baby Company sa Megamall (not the Grand Baby Fair) for 1,999.00. Di ko na sya nagamit kasi yung maternity pants na gamit ko pag lumalabas kami, may belly support na. 6 days a week nasa bahay lang ako so di ko na sya kailangan. ^_^ May other stuff pa ko on sale (non-pregnancy related) kasi we're making space for the baby sa bahay. Hehe!

Mga sis, pwede ba suotin ang maternity belt 24 hours a day? sinabihan ako OB to use one pero hindi nya sinabi kung all the time like pati while sleeping, eating, etc. bedrest ako due to funneling of cervix. Thanks.

Magagamit mo pa talaga.  I'm on my way kay baby no. 2 and katabi ko nga ngayon yung maternity belt ko.  Once a week ko kasi siya pinapa wash kasi isa lang.  Sulit.

i too used maternity belt on my 1st pregnancy due to placenta previa...

On my 2nd baby hindi na ni required ni Dra. but i used it parin kasi it help you with your back at ang lalaki ng baby ko..hahaha
