Sharing my Bacne Prevention Spray Recipe

What solved my acne problem is regular peeling & LHR.  I also use a glycol lotion which i buy from my derma.  Super smooth na ngayon ng back ko.

these are the steps to do muna before you use anything:
1. make sure ur tops are washed very well (AVOID TOO MUCH FRAGRANT)
2. make sure na you take a bath thoroughly
3. dont use powder sa likod.

THEN

use Body scrubs I suggest, gluta-c scrub effective for me.
dont put cologne/ perfume sa back.
