Teachers na hindi licensed, Legal ba magturo?

Hi mga mommies, please enlighten me yung school ng anak ko nalaman ko na ang ibang teachers nya ay hindi licensed to think im paying for 45k a year without books and anything, Pwede ko ba ito ireklamo sa deped?

pag private school, pwede ang hindi lisensyado.
but usually private schools nowadays give their non-licensed teachers around 3 years to take and pass the LET. if they don't meet that, their teaching contract will not be renewed for the succeeding years.

^^ It will depend on what level is being handled by the teacher that you're referring to.
For the preschool level, it's not a requirement to be a licensed teacher (LET passer).
However, for Primary School onwards, it is required.

I guess what you're referring to would be based on technicalities which is factual. DepEd only requires submission of a certain number of details for licensed teachers for each school, so yes, even if only a portion is licensed then puede pa rin yun. Again, minsan di naman basis ng pagiging licensed yung quality ng teaching ng teachers, so it's really more for regulatory purposes.
